本发明公开了一种服装面料的染整工艺，包括如下步骤：1)预处理；2)染色；3)整理：将1～2重量份蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、1.3重量份双乙酸钠、0.5重量份肉桂醛、1.1重量份三氯异氰尿酸钠依次投入15质量份去离子水中，搅拌均匀；再同时投入1.4重量份碳酸钙、0.7重量份四硼酸钠、0.5重量份1-溴代烷基、1.1重量份甲基丙烯酸甲酯，继续搅拌，至充分混合均匀，制得整理液；再将面料在整理液中浸轧处理，取出后恒温烘干。本发明服装面料的染整工艺，其染整后的面料具有优异的阻燃、防蛀、防霉、抗菌、抗静电性能，且耐洗性强，手感柔软。

本发明涉及服装面料的染整工艺。
背景技术
现有面料的阻燃、防蛀、防霉、抗菌、抗静电、耐洗性能都有待提高，且手感不够柔软。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种服装面料的染整工艺，其染整后的面料具有优异的阻燃、防蛀、防霉、抗菌、抗静电性能，且耐洗性强，手感柔软。
为实现上述目的，本发明的技术方案是设计一种服装面料的染整工艺，包括如下步骤：
1)预处理；
2)染色；
3)整理：将1～2重量份蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、1.3重量份双乙酸钠、0.5重量份肉桂醛、1.1重量份三氯异氰尿酸钠依次投入15质量份去离子水中，搅拌均匀；再同时投入1.4重量份碳酸钙、0.7重量份四硼酸钠、0.5重量份1-溴代烷基、1.1重量份甲基丙烯酸甲酯，继续搅拌，至充分混合均匀，制得整理液；再将面料在整理液中浸轧处理，取出后恒温烘干。
