Abstract
本发明公开了一种印花面料,其经过染整处理,所述染整处理包括如下步骤:1)预处理;2)染色;3)整理:将1~2重量份蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、0.4重量份稀莶草提取液、0.7重量份碳酸钠、1.1重量份己基癸醇依次投入17.6质量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;再同时投入2.3重量份壬二酸、0.8重量份金银花提取液、0.9重量份丁香酚、1.3重量份芳樟醇,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;再将面料在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。本发明印花面料,具有优异的防霉、防蛀、抗菌、阻燃、抗静电性能,且耐洗性强,手感柔软。

本发明涉及印花面料。
背景技术
现有面料的防霉、防蛀、抗菌、阻燃、抗静电、耐洗性能都有待提高,且手感不够柔软。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种印花面料,具有优异的防霉、防蛀、抗菌、阻燃、抗静电性能,且耐洗性强,手感柔软。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种印花面料,其经过染整处理,所述染整处理包括如下步骤:
1)预处理;
2)染色;
3)整理:将1~2重量份蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、0.4重量份稀莶草提取液、0.7重量份碳酸钠、1.1重量份己基癸醇依次投入17.6质量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;再同时投入2.3重量份壬二酸、0.8重量份金银花提取液、0.9重量份丁香酚、1.3重量份芳樟醇,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;再将面料在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。
