背景技术
现有布料的防蛀、防霉、抗菌、阻燃、抗静电、耐洗性能都有待提高，且手感不够柔软。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种麻布布料的染整工艺，其染整后的布料具有优异的防蛀、防霉、抗菌、阻燃、抗静电性能，且耐洗性强，手感柔软。
为实现上述目的，本发明的技术方案是设计一种麻布布料的染整工艺，包括如下步骤：
1)预处理；
2)染色；
3)整理：将1～2重量份羟乙基纤维素、1.8重量份硼酸、0.7重量份碘酸钙、2.9重量份冰醋酸依次投入27质量份去离子水中，搅拌均匀；再同时投入0.7重量份仙鹤草、1.4重量份草酸钾、0.5重量份磷酸二氢铝、1.1重量份异构脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚，继续搅拌，至充分混合均匀，制得整理液；再将布料在整理液中浸轧处理，取出后恒温烘干。
