发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种羊羔绒的染整工艺,其染整后的布料具有优异的防霉、防蛀、抗菌、阻燃、抗静电性能,且耐洗性强,手感柔软。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种羊羔绒的染整工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)预处理;
2)染色;
3)整理:将1~2重量份椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、0.7重量份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、0.3重量份碳酸钙、0.7重量份壳聚糖依次投入21.3质量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;再同时投入0.6重量份磷酸氢二、0.8重量份脂肪酸酰胺、0.9重量份三氯乙醛、0.7重量份三乙醇胺,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;再将布料在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。
