本发明公开了一种针织布的染整工艺，包括如下步骤：1）预处理；2）染色；3）整理：将1～2重量份聚丙二醇、2.3重量份椰油酰单乙醇胺、1.5重量份氢氧化钙、2.7重量份氯化钠依次投入17质量份去离子水中，搅拌均匀；再同时投入1.3重量份三氯杀虫酯、0.5重量份包覆红磷、1.4重量份脂肪醇聚丙烯醚、2.8重量份聚乙二醇，继续搅拌，至充分混合均匀，制得整理液；再将布料在整理液中浸轧处理，取出后恒温烘干。本发明针织布的染整工艺，其染整后的布料具有优异的防霉、防蛀、抗菌、阻燃、抗静电性能，且耐洗性强，手感柔软。

本发明涉及针织布的染整工艺。
背景技术
现有布料的防霉、防蛀、抗菌、阻燃、抗静电、耐洗性能都有待提高，且手感不够柔软。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种针织布的染整工艺，其染整后的布料具有优异的防霉、防蛀、抗菌、阻燃、抗静电性能，且耐洗性强，手感柔软。
为实现上述目的，本发明的技术方案是设计一种针织布的染整工艺，包括如下步骤：
1）预处理；
2）染色；
3）整理：将1～2重量份聚丙二醇、2.3重量份椰油酰单乙醇胺、1.5重量份氢氧化钙、2.7重量份氯化钠依次投入17质量份去离子水中，搅拌均匀；再同时投入1.3重量份三氯杀虫酯、0.5重量份包覆红磷、1.4重量份脂肪醇聚丙烯醚、2.8重量份聚乙二醇，继续搅拌，至充分混合均匀，制得整理液；再将布料在整理液中浸轧处理，取出后恒温烘干。

3）整理：将1～2重量份聚丙二醇、2.3重量份椰油酰单乙醇胺、1.5重量份氢氧化钙、2.7重量份氯化钠依次投入17质量份去离子水中，搅拌均匀；再同时投入1.3重量份三氯杀虫酯、0.5重量份包覆红磷、1.4重量份脂肪醇聚丙烯醚、2.8重量份聚乙二醇，继续搅拌，至充分混合均匀，制得整理液；再将布料在整理液中浸轧处理，取出后恒温烘干。
