本发明公开了一种针织布的染整工艺,包括如下步骤:1)预处理;2)染色;3)整理:将1~2重量份聚丙二醇、2.3重量份椰油酰单乙醇胺、1.5重量份氢氧化钙、2.7重量份氯化钠依次投入17质量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;再同时投入1.3重量份三氯杀虫酯、0.5重量份包覆红磷、1.4重量份脂肪醇聚丙烯醚、2.8重量份聚乙二醇,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;再将布料在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。本发明针织布的染整工艺,其染整后的布料具有优异的防霉、防蛀、抗菌、阻燃、抗静电性能,且耐洗性强,手感柔软。

本发明涉及针织布的染整工艺。
背景技术
现有布料的防霉、防蛀、抗菌、阻燃、抗静电、耐洗性能都有待提高,且手感不够柔软。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种针织布的染整工艺,其染整后的布料具有优异的防霉、防蛀、抗菌、阻燃、抗静电性能,且耐洗性强,手感柔软。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种针织布的染整工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)预处理;
2)染色;
3)整理:将1~2重量份聚丙二醇、2.3重量份椰油酰单乙醇胺、1.5重量份氢氧化钙、2.7重量份氯化钠依次投入17质量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;再同时投入1.3重量份三氯杀虫酯、0.5重量份包覆红磷、1.4重量份脂肪醇聚丙烯醚、2.8重量份聚乙二醇,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;再将布料在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。
