本发明公开了一种针织面料的染整工艺，包括如下步骤：1）预处理；2）染色；3）整理：将1～2重量份脂肪醇醚硫酸钠、0.9重量份六偏磷酸钠、1.2量份磷酸氢钙、1.8重量份羟基硅油依次投入17.5质量份去离子水中，搅拌均匀；再同时投入0.9重量份2,4,4’-三氯-2’-羟基二苯醚、0.8重量份尼泊金丙酯钠盐、1.2重量份烯基磺酸盐、0.9重量份三聚氰胺，继续搅拌，至充分混合均匀，制得整理液；再将面料在整理液中浸轧处理，取出后恒温烘干。本发明针织面料的染整工艺，其染整后的面料具有优异的防霉、防蛀、抗菌、阻燃、抗静电性能，且耐洗性强，手感柔软。

本发明涉及针织面料的染整工艺。
背景技术
现有面料的防霉、防蛀、抗菌、阻燃、抗静电、耐洗性能都有待提高，且手感不够柔软。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种针织面料的染整工艺，其染整后的面料具有优异的防霉、防蛀、抗菌、阻燃、抗静电性能，且耐洗性强，手感柔软。
为实现上述目的，本发明的技术方案是设计一种针织面料的染整工艺，包括如下步骤：
1）预处理；
2）染色；
3）整理：将1～2重量份脂肪醇醚硫酸钠、0.9重量份六偏磷酸钠、1.2量份磷酸氢钙、1.8重量份羟基硅油依次投入17.5质量份去离子水中，搅拌均匀；再同时投入0.9重量份2,4,4’-三氯-2’-羟基二苯醚、0.8重量份尼泊金丙酯钠盐、1.2重量份烯基磺酸盐、0.9重量份三聚氰胺，继续搅拌，至充分混合均匀，制得整理液；再将面料在整理液中浸轧处理，取出后恒温烘干。

1）预处理；
2）染色；
