背景技术
现有面料的抗菌、抗皱、阻燃、抗静电性能和耐洗性能都有待提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种混纺面料的整理工艺,其整理后的面料具有优异的抗菌、抗皱、阻燃、抗静电性能,且耐洗性强。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种混纺面料的整理工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)在29质量份去离子水中投入1~2质量份γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷、2.6质量份1,1’-己基双[5-(对氯苯基)双胍]、3.1质量份1-羟基-2-吡啶硫铜、1.5质量份纳米级氢氧化镁混合,搅拌均匀;
2)再同时缓慢加入2.2质量份烷基糖苷、3.6质量份聚烯化亚胺、1.8质量份四羟乙基氯化磷、2.5质量份白芷提取液,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;
3)将面料在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。

3)将面料在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。
