背景技术
现有面料的抗皱、抗菌、阻燃、防静电性能和耐洗性能都有待提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种羊毛面料的整理工艺，其整理后的面料具有优异的抗皱、抗菌、阻燃、防静电性能，且耐洗性强。
为实现上述目的，本发明的技术方案是设计一种羊毛面料的整理工艺，包括如下步骤：
1）在15质量份去离子水中投入1～2质量份三聚磷酸钠、3.3质量份邻苯基苯酚、1.7质量份草酸钾、2.4质量份羟基聚磷酸酯混合，搅拌均匀；
2）再同时缓慢加入1.9质量份烷基醇酰胺聚氧乙烷醚、0.9质量份纳米银粉、0.6质量份铝酸钴、1.7质量份四羟乙基氯化磷，继续搅拌，至充分混合均匀，制得整理液；
3）将面料在整理液中浸轧处理，取出后恒温烘干。
