本发明涉及服装面料的整理工艺。
背景技术
现有面料的抗菌、抗皱、阻燃、抗静电性能和耐洗性能都有待提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种服装面料的整理工艺，其整理后的面料具有优异的抗菌、抗皱、阻燃、抗静电性能，且耐洗性强。
为实现上述目的，本发明的技术方案是设计一种服装面料的整理工艺，包括如下步骤：
1）在22质量份去离子水中投入1～2质量份羧甲基纤维素、1.8质量份海藻酸钠、2.6质量份酒石酸钾、1.2质量份纳米级氢氧化镁混合，搅拌均匀；
2）再同时缓慢加入3.5质量份聚硅氧烷聚醚共聚物、2.6质量份乌梅提取物、1.7质量份乙二醛、0.8质量份脂肪醇醚硫酸钠，继续搅拌，至充分混合均匀，制得整理液；
3）将面料在整理液中浸轧处理，取出后恒温烘干。
