背景技术
现有面料的阻燃、抗菌、抗皱、防静电性能和耐洗性能都有待提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种衣服面料的后整理工艺,其整理后的面料具有优异的阻燃、抗菌、抗皱、防静电性能,且耐洗性强。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种衣服面料的后整理工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)在32质量份去离子水中投入1~2质量份氯化镁、3.6质量份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、2.6质量份全氟辛酸1.2质量份氧化镁混合,搅拌均匀;
2)再同时缓慢加入4.2质量份十二烷基硫酸钠、1.7质量份1,3-丙二醇、2.8质量份六水氯化镁、6.5质量份羟丙基甲基纤维素,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理剂;
3)将面料在含有整理剂的浸渍液中浸轧处理,恒温烘干。
