技术领域
本发明属于纺织技术领域,具体涉及一种服装面料的整理工艺。
背景技术
随着社会的不断发展,技术水平的不断提高,人们在着装方面的要求也在不断提高,特别是对服装面料的各种性能有了新的要求,如抗静电、抗菌、抗病毒、环保、健康等等。目前对于服装面料的抗静电性能研究己经有了初步的成果,但对于其抗菌、抗病毒处理的研究还处于萌芽状态。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明针对现有技术中的不足,提出一种具有优异的阻燃、抗菌、抗皱、防静电性能,且耐洗性强,且能够提高面料的抗菌性能,抗菌效果好的服装面料的整理工艺。
技术方案:本发明所述的一种服装面料的整理工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)在 20 -50质量份去离子水中投入 1~5质量份草酸钾、3质量份氢氧化钠、5质量份聚氧乙烯多胺、2质量份纳米级氢氧化镁混合,搅拌均匀;
2)再同时缓慢加入 1质量份固体纳米二氧化钛、2 质量份荆芥挥发油、3 质量份四羟甲基氯化磷、1质量份芦荟大黄苷,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;
3)将面料在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干;
4)第一次抗菌处理 :将服装面料脱水处理,然后浸入纳米抗菌液中,升温至 40-60℃,浸泡 1-3小时,然后再升温至 60-90℃,浸泡 3-5 小时 ;
5)第二次抗菌处理 :将抗菌整理液涂覆在服装面料的表面,然后在 60-90℃的温度下进行烘干成型,烘干时间为 2-5 分钟,接着在 100-160℃的温度下进行烘焙交联,时间为5-10分钟 ;
6)还原清洗处理 :将服装面料放入清洗溶液中进行清洗 ;
7)后处理:依次进行脱水、松式烘干、拉幅定形和检验。

进一步的,所述步骤7)中的清洗溶液的 ph 值为 5-5.5,清洗温度为 55℃,清洗时间为 20 分钟。
实施例3
一种服装面料的整理工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)在 30质量份去离子水中投入 3质量份草酸钾、3质量份氢氧化钠、5质量份聚氧乙烯多胺、2质量份纳米级氢氧化镁混合,搅拌均匀;
2)再同时缓慢加入 1质量份固体纳米二氧化钛、2 质量份荆芥挥发油、3 质量份四羟甲基氯化磷、1质量份芦荟大黄苷,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;
3)将面料在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干;
4)第一次抗菌处理 :将服装面料脱水处理,然后浸入纳米抗菌液中,升温至 50℃, 浸泡2小时,然后再升温至80℃,浸泡4小时 ;
5)第二次抗菌处理 :将抗菌整理液涂覆在服装面料的表面,然后在75℃的温度下 进行烘干成型,烘干时间为3分钟,接着在130℃的温度下进行烘焙交联,时间为8分钟 ;
6)还原清洗处理 :将服装面料放入清洗溶液中进行清洗 ;
7)后处理:依次进行脱水、松式烘干、拉幅定形和检验。

Claims (5)
1.一种服装面料的整理工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
1)在 20 -50质量份去离子水中投入 1~5质量份草酸钾、3质量份氢氧化钠、5质量份聚氧乙烯多胺、2质量份纳米级氢氧化镁混合,搅拌均匀;
2)再同时缓慢加入 1质量份固体纳米二氧化钛、2 质量份荆芥挥发油、3 质量份四羟甲基氯化磷、1质量份芦荟大黄苷,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;
3)将面料在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干;
4)第一次抗菌处理 :将服装面料脱水处理,然后浸入纳米抗菌液中,升温至 40-60℃,浸泡 1-3小时,然后再升温至 60-90℃,浸泡 3-5 小时 ;
5)第二次抗菌处理 :将抗菌整理液涂覆在服装面料的表面,然后在 60-90℃的温度下进行烘干成型,烘干时间为 2-5 分钟,接着在 100-160℃的温度下进行烘焙交联,时间为5-10分钟;
6)还原清洗处理 :将服装面料放入清洗溶液中进行清洗 ;
7)后处理:依次进行脱水、松式烘干、拉幅定形和检验。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种服装面料的整理工艺,其特征在于:所述纳米抗菌液是由纳米氯化银分散液以及纳米银离子粘结剂制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种服装面料的整理工艺,其特征在于:所述抗菌整理液由竹醋液、涂层剂和添加剂混合制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种服装面料的整理工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤6)中的服装面料先通过拉幅烘干机烘干,再通过热定型机烘焙交联。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种服装面料的整理工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤7)中的清洗溶液的 ph 值为 5-5.5,清洗温度为 40-55℃,清洗时间为 10-20 分钟。
