一种防紫外线面料的加工方法，步骤如下：
1)将经纱和纬纱按照双面鸟眼结构编织成织物；
2)将织物平铺，用蒸馏水、盐和白醋按5:1:0.5的比例制成的溶液进行熏制，能够对织物起到软化，松化织物纤维的作用，有利于后续的操作；
3)将熏制后的织物放入防紫外线溶剂中进行浸泡20-30分钟，使织物对防紫外线溶剂的吸收更充分；
4)将浸泡后的织物进行高温烘干；
5)重复熏制、浸泡，烘干步骤2-3次；
6)将步骤5)制成的布料涂上防紫外线涂层；
7)将步骤6)完成的布料两面喷洒天然抗菌剂，喷洒量为50g/m2；
8)将步骤7)完成的布料进行自然晾干。

2.不仅对织物进行浸泡防紫外线溶液,还在布料上刷上了防紫外线涂层，能够更好的防止紫外线对皮肤造成伤害，在防紫外线溶剂中添加了一系列具有高效防紫外线功效的原料，并通过分段逐步升温浸泡，使织物纤维充分吸收防紫外线溶液，同时在防紫外线涂层里添加了高防紫外线性能的二氧化钛、水溶性树脂，光反射性高的硅微粉和云母，同时水溶性树脂和硅微粉、云母也具有很好的粘稠度，使涂层更容易粘黏在织物上。
3.采用天然天然绿色的原材料作为抗菌剂，不仅具有很好的抗菌作用，并且气味芳香独特天然，还绿色环保无毒害，对人体没有伤害。

穿着本发明与样品在太阳下半小时后，布料内的测评数据如表1：

样品1、样品2分别为市场上的2种不同的防紫外线布料。

Claims (1)

1.一种防紫外线面料的加工方法，步骤如下：
1)将经纱和纬纱按照双面鸟眼结构编织成织物；
2)将织物平铺，用蒸馏水、盐和白醋按5:1:0.5的比例制成的溶液进行熏制；
3)将熏制后的织物放入防紫外线溶剂中进行浸泡20-30分钟；
4)将浸泡后的织物进行高温烘干；
5)重复熏制、浸泡，烘干步骤2-3次；
6)将步骤5)制成的布料涂上防紫外线涂层；
7)将步骤6)完成的布料两面喷洒天然抗菌剂，喷洒量为50g/m2；
8)将步骤7)完成的布料进行自然晾干；
所述防紫外线溶剂是由以下重量份数的组分构成：2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮-5-磺酸30份,水杨酸10份，苯并三唑5份，硬脂酸锌15份；
所述经纱是由亚麻、蚕丝按照5:2的比例混合组成，纬纱是由涤纶、蚕丝按照4:1的比例混合织成；
所述防紫外线涂层是由以下重量份数的组分构成：二氧化钛8份，硅微粉5份，云母10份，水溶性树脂20份；
所述步骤3)浸泡是通过逐步升温的方式进行，60-70°浸泡5分钟，70-90°浸泡5-10分钟，90-120°浸泡10-15分钟；
所述抗菌剂是由：20重量份的香樟叶，10重量份的薄荷叶，20重量份的艾叶，5重量份的生姜，2重量份的樟脑，5重量份的茉莉花，5重量份的金银花，2重量份的白醋，2重量份的盐制成。
