本发明涉及服装面料技术领域,具体涉及一种防紫外线面料的加工方法。
背景技术:
随着生活水平、生活质量的提高,人们对纺织品、服装提出了各种功能性的要求。功能纤维和功能纺织品是代表材料、化工、纺织及相关领域科技发展水平的纤维材料和纺织产品,是纤维、纺织、染整、服装、精细化工等领域的科技工作者关注点之一。开发功能性纺织品,集舒适、休闲、保健为一体,这已成为当今世界纺织品发展的潮流。从90年代末期起,研制和开发了包括阻燃、芳香、负离子、抗菌、抗紫外、保暖、抗静电、蓄热、智能空调纤维等多品种功能纤维,功能性服装的开发是一个重要的内容。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种方法易行、成本低的防紫外线面料的加工方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种防紫外线面料的加工方法,步骤如下:
1)将经纱和纬纱按照双面鸟眼结构编织成织物;
2)将织物平铺,用蒸馏水、盐和白醋按5:1:0.5的比例制成的溶液进行熏制,能够对织物起到软化,松化织物纤维的作用,有利于后续的操作;
3)将熏制后的织物放入防紫外线溶剂中进行浸泡20-30分钟,使织物对防紫外线溶剂的吸收更充分;
4)将浸泡后的织物进行高温烘干;
5)重复熏制、浸泡,烘干步骤2-3次;
6)将步骤5)制成的布料涂上防紫外线涂层;
7)将步骤6)完成的布料两面喷洒天然抗菌剂,喷洒量为50g/m2;
8)将步骤7)完成的布料进行自然晾干。
进一步的,所述经纱是由亚麻、蚕丝按照5:2的比例混合组成,纬纱是由涤纶、蚕丝按照4:1的比例混合织成。
进一步的,所述防紫外线溶剂是由以下重量份数的组分构成:2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮-5-磺酸30份,水杨酸10份,苯并三唑5份,硬脂酸锌15份。
进一步的,所述防紫外线涂层是由以下重量份数的组分构成:二氧化钛8份,硅微粉5份,云母10份,水溶性树脂20份。
进一步是,所述步骤3)浸泡过程通过逐步升温的方式进行,60-70°浸泡5分钟,70-90°浸泡5-10分钟,90-120°浸泡10-15分钟,采用分段加热的方法,使织物浸泡效果更好,织物对防紫外线溶剂的吸收效果更好。
进一步的,所述抗菌剂是由:20重量份的香樟叶,10重量份的薄荷叶,20重量份的艾叶,5重量份的生姜,2重量份的樟脑,5重量份的茉莉花,5重量份的金银花,2重量份的白醋,2重量份的盐制成。
本发明的有益效果是:
1.本发明采用亚麻、涤纶、蚕丝作为原料,这些原料具有很好的防紫外线性能,同时又舒适凉爽,不会过分闷热不透气硬挺。
2.不仅对织物进行浸泡防紫外线溶液,还在布料上刷上了防紫外线涂层,能够更好的防止紫外线对皮肤造成伤害,在防紫外线溶剂中添加了一系列具有高效防紫外线功效的原料,并通过分段逐步升温浸泡,使织物纤维充分吸收防紫外线溶液,同时在防紫外线涂层里添加了高防紫外线性能的二氧化钛、水溶性树脂,光反射性高的硅微粉和云母,同时水溶性树脂和硅微粉、云母也具有很好的粘稠度,使涂层更容易粘黏在织物上。
3.采用天然天然绿色的原材料作为抗菌剂,不仅具有很好的抗菌作用,并且气味芳香独特天然,还绿色环保无毒害,对人体没有伤害。

1.一种防紫外线面料的加工方法,步骤如下:
1)将经纱和纬纱按照双面鸟眼结构编织成织物;
2)将织物平铺,用蒸馏水、盐和白醋按5:1:0.5的比例制成的溶液进行熏制;
3)将熏制后的织物放入防紫外线溶剂中进行浸泡20-30分钟;
4)将浸泡后的织物进行高温烘干;
5)重复熏制、浸泡,烘干步骤2-3次;
6)将步骤5)制成的布料涂上防紫外线涂层;
7)将步骤6)完成的布料两面喷洒天然抗菌剂,喷洒量为50g/m2;
8)将步骤7)完成的布料进行自然晾干。
所述防紫外线溶剂是由以下重量份数的组分构成:2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮-5-磺酸30份,水杨酸10份,苯并三唑5份,硬脂酸锌15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防紫外线面料的加工方法,其特征在于:所述经纱是由亚麻、蚕丝按照5:2的比例混合组成,纬纱是由涤纶、蚕丝按照4:1的比例混合织成。
3.根据权利要求3所述的防紫外线面料的加工方法,其特征在于:所述防紫外线涂层是由以下重量份数的组分构成:二氧化钛8份,硅微粉5份,云母10份,水溶性树脂20份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的防紫外线面料的加工方法,其特征在于:所述步骤3)浸泡是通过逐步升温的方式进行,60-70°浸泡5分钟,70-90°浸泡5-10分钟,90-120°浸泡10-15分钟。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的防紫外线面料的加工方法,其特征在于:所述抗菌剂是由:20重量份的香樟叶,10重量份的薄荷叶,20重量份的艾叶,5重量份的生姜,2重量份的樟脑,5重量份的茉莉花,5重量份的金银花,2重量份的白醋,2重量份的盐制成。
