Abstract

本发明公开了一种高强抗菌环保面料的制备方法,由下列按重量比例的原料混纺:其中超细旦丙纶纤维45%、棉纤维35%、壳聚糖纤维10%、银纤维5%以及大豆蛋白纤维5%进行混纺,得到经线;按重量比例取炉甘石纤维55%、竹纤维35%及牛奶蛋白纤维10%进行混纺,得到纬线;本发明提供的高强抗菌环保面料,不仅使产品抑菌性能好,保护皮肤,还吸湿透气性强,采用了抗菌整理液,进一步增加了面料的抗菌效果,染色过程中采用全天然的植物染色剂,经过固色后,染色均匀,不掉色,工艺简单,颜色牢固;本发明提供的面料整个过程均采用天然材料进行,环保,成本低,面料功能设计新颖,面料档次高,产品舒适度好,附加值高。

一种高强抗菌环保面料的制备方法
【技术领域】
本发明属于纺织技术领域,具体涉及一种高强抗菌环保面料的制备方法。
【背景技术】
随着纺织技术的不断发展,纺织业开发出了很多功能性纤维面料,加之人们对面料的要求也越来越高,传统的面料功能单一,档次不高,舒适性差,尤其是抗菌,不能满足人们对服装的需求。
炉甘石纤维纺丝可纺性好,该纤维的染色性均匀,织成的织物具有较强的吸湿透气、手感爽滑,还具有较强的防紫外线辐射及对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌都有显著的抗菌效果。
丙纶纤维是纤维中比重最轻的,可浮在水面上,但其强度很好,普通用于服装面料中,用该纤维织成的织物的强度、耐磨性很好,监牢耐穿,尤其吸湿透气性和舒适性极强。
竹纤维采用再生竹纤维,具有良好的抑制细菌生长、吸附异味效果好,吸湿透气性好,具有可降解性,是一种环保的天然纤维。
【发明内容】
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种高强抗菌环保面料的制备方法。本发明采取的技术方案为:
a、一种高强抗菌环保面料,按重量比例取超细旦丙纶纤维45%、棉纤维35%、壳聚糖纤维10%、银纤维5%以及大豆蛋白纤维5%进行混纺,得到经线;按重量比例取炉甘石纤维55%、竹纤维35%及牛奶蛋白纤维10%进行混纺,得到纬线;
b、将经线和纬线在抗菌溶液中浸泡6-10h,取出后在50-60℃烘干15-20min,其中抗菌整理液的制备方法为:将艾篙、芦荟、黄连、牛黄、川乌、黄芩、鱼腥草粉碎后,于水中煎煮5-8h即得;
c、将经线和纬线采用1/2右斜纹组织结构编织成面料;
d、对完成后的织物进行脱胶,采用植物染色剂进行染色,将织物按浴比:1:25-30放入植物染色剂中,温度为50-60℃,保温5-10分钟,以1-2.5℃/分钟升温,至75-85℃,保温25-30分钟,取出后用常温水清洗,其中植物染色剂的制备方法为:将黑草、碎米莎草、蓝草洗净,打碎,加水或溶剂煮炼提取天然染料液,调至浓度为6%。
e、将织物放入固色剂中,搅拌浸泡30-35分中,取出,常温水冲洗;
f、脱水,烘干。
所述艾篙、芦荟、黄连、牛黄、川乌、黄芩、鱼腥草按重量比为(15-20):(15-25):(5-10):(5-10):(5-10):(5-10):1。
所述黑草、碎米莎草和蓝草按重量比6:1.6:5的比例混合。
本发明的有益效果是:产品抑菌性能好,保护皮肤,还吸湿透气性强,采用了抗菌整理液,进一步增加了面料的抗菌效果,染色过程中采用全天然的植物染色剂,经过固色后,染色均匀,不掉色,工艺简单,颜色牢固;本发明提供的面料整个过程均采用天然材料进行,环保,具有可降解性,成本低,面料功能设计新颖,面料档次高,产品舒适度好,附加值高。
【具体实施方式】
下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
实例1:一种高强抗菌环保面料,按重量比例取超细旦丙纶纤维45%、棉纤维35%、壳聚糖纤维10%、银纤维5%以及大豆蛋白纤维5%进行混纺,得到经线;按重量比例取炉甘石纤维55%、竹纤维35%及牛奶蛋白纤维10%进行混纺,得到纬线;
一种高强抗菌环保面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
a、将经线和纬线在抗菌溶液中浸泡6-10h,取出后在50-60℃烘干15-20min,其中抗菌整理液的制备方法为:将艾篙、芦荟、黄连、牛黄、川乌、黄芩、鱼腥草粉碎后,于水中煎煮6h即得;
b、将经线和纬线采用1/2右斜纹组织结构编织成面料;
c、对完成后的织物进行脱胶,采用植物染色剂进行染色,将织物按浴比:1:25-放入植物染色剂中,温度为50℃,保温5分钟,以1℃/分钟升温,至75℃,保温25分钟,取出后用常温水清洗,其中植物染色剂的制备方法为:将黑草、碎米莎草、蓝草洗净,打碎,加水或溶剂煮炼提取天然染料液,调至浓度为6%。
d、将织物放入固色剂中,搅拌浸泡30分中,取出,常温水冲洗;
e、脱水,烘干。

实例2:一种高强抗菌环保面料,按重量比例取超细旦丙纶纤维45%、棉纤维35%、壳聚糖纤维10%、银纤维5%以及大豆蛋白纤维5%进行混纺,得到经线;按重量比例取炉甘石纤维55%、竹纤维35%及牛奶蛋白纤维10%进行混纺,得到纬线;
一种高强抗菌环保面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
a、将经线和纬线在抗菌溶液中浸泡6-10h,取出后在50-60℃烘干15-20min,其中抗菌整理液的制备方法为:将艾篙、芦荟、黄连、牛黄、川乌、黄芩、鱼腥草粉碎后,于水中煎煮7h即得;
b、将经线和纬线采用1/2右斜纹组织结构编织成面料;
c、对完成后的织物进行脱胶,采用植物染色剂进行染色,将织物按浴比:1:30放入植物染色剂中,温度为55℃,保温8分钟,以2.0℃/分钟升温,至80℃,保温28分钟,取出后用常温水清洗,其中植物染色剂的制备方法为:将黑草、碎米莎草、蓝草洗净,打碎,加水或溶剂煮炼提取天然染料液,调至浓度为6%。
d、将织物放入固色剂中,搅拌浸泡35分中,取出,常温水冲洗;
e、脱水,烘干。
作为改进,所述艾篙、芦荟、黄连、牛黄、川乌、黄芩、鱼腥草按重量比为20:25:10:5:10:5:1。
作为改进,所述黑草、碎米莎草和蓝草按重量比6:1.6:5的比例混合。
实例1和实例2的织物抗菌性能评价:
参考GB/T 15979-2002方法测试。结果见表1。

从表中测试结果可以看出,本发明实例的高强抗菌环保面料的抗菌抑菌效果比普通面料好,经过长期洗涤后抑菌效果也仍然保持85%以上。

Claims (3)

1.一种高强抗菌环保面料的制备方法,其特征是,包括如下步骤:
a、按重量比例取超细旦丙纶纤维45%、棉纤维35%、壳聚糖纤维10%、银纤维5%以及大豆蛋白纤维5%进行混纺,得到经线;按重量比例取炉甘石纤维55%、竹纤维35%及牛奶蛋白纤维10%进行混纺,得到纬线;
b、将经线和纬线在抗菌溶液中浸泡6-10h,取出后在50-60℃烘干15-20min,其中抗菌整理液的制备方法为:将艾篙、芦荟、黄连、牛黄、川乌、黄芩、鱼腥草粉碎后,于水中煎煮5-8h即得;
c、将经线和纬线采用1/2右斜纹组织结构编织成面料;
d、对完成后的织物进行脱胶,采用植物染色剂进行染色,将织物按浴比:1:25-30放入植物染色剂中,温度为50-60℃,保温5-10分钟,以1-2.5℃/分钟升温,至75-85℃,保温25-30分钟,取出后用常温水清洗,其中植物染色剂的制备方法为:将黑草、碎米莎草、蓝草洗净,打碎,加水或溶剂煮炼提取天然染料液,调至浓度为6%。
e、将织物放入固色剂中,搅拌浸泡30-35分中,取出,常温水冲洗;
f、脱水,烘干。
