艾草,别名:冰台、遏草、香艾、蕲艾、艾萧、艾蒿、艾蒿、蓬藁、艾﹑灸草﹑医草﹑黄草﹑艾绒等。多年生草本或略成半灌木状,植株有浓烈香气。茎单生或少数,褐色或灰黄褐色,基部稍木质化,上部萆质,并有少数短的分枝,叶厚纸质,上面被灰白色短柔毛,基部通常无假托叶或极小的假托叶;上部叶与苞片叶羽状半裂、头状花序椭圆形,花冠管状或高脚杯状,外面有腺点,花药狭线形,花柱与花冠近等长或略长于花冠。瘦果长卵形或长圆形。花果期9~10月。全草入药,有温经、去湿、散寒、止血、消炎、平喘、止咳、安胎、抗过敏等作用。广西巴马是世界五大长寿之乡中百岁老人分布率最高的地区,被誉为“世界长寿之乡·中国人瑞圣地”。广西巴马艾草具有悠灸的历史,巴马属亚热带季风气候区,巴马最高处海拔1216米,年平均气温20.4℃,年平均相对湿度78%,雨水旺盛,广西巴马艾草与普通艾草相较的独特之处在于,植株高,叶肥,产绒量高,纯天染,无污染,含挥发油较多,香气浓郁,不论是艾草的药用价值,保健功能还是燃烧等方面,都明显优于其它地区的艾草。只有农历端午前后采摘的艾草才称五月艾,此时的艾草是入药的最佳时期。
随着人们生活水平的提高和生活观念的改变,人们对纺织品的保健功能越来越重视,希望现有的纺织品在抗菌性能等方面得到改善,而现有的纺织品在床套被服上的确存在有抗菌能力不足、强度不够、染色效果较差的缺陷,而一些被服单纯的追求抗菌效果而使用一些对人体有害的化学物质往往得不偿失。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种具有抗菌效果的艾绒被,赋予纺织品保健的效果。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案予以实现:一种艾绒被,包括被单和填充在被单里的被芯,所述的被单由混纺线编织而成,混纺线在编织前浸没到含有艾草浸取液的液体混合物中逗留10-30s;所述的被芯由棉絮与艾绒按1:(0.1-0.5)的体积比混合揉制而成。
所述的液体混合物包括以下重量份的物质:艾草浸取液10-18份、水性胶黏剂20-35份、鲜花提取液0.1-1份、消泡剂0.05-0.13份、表面活性剂0.2-1份、水30-55份。
用于编织被单的混纺线上浸染有含艾草浸取液的液体混合物,艾草的有效成分浸染、附着在混纺线上,并随着混纺线编织成被单,混纺线通过浸染的方式获得抗菌的效果;
艾草有安眠助睡解乏的功效,同时,液体混合物中富含的鲜花提取液,也可以令人心情愉悦,帮助睡眠。所述的艾绒为陈年艾草经反复晒杵、筛除杂质得到,艾绒与棉絮混合揉制得到的被芯具有强力的抗菌、抗病毒的效果,同时,夹杂了艾绒的被芯也可以起到镇定安神,提高精力的作用,所述的艾绒选用陈年艾草经晒杵、筛除杂质得到,因此较为稀少,且成本较高,因此,被芯中采用棉絮和艾绒混揉的方式制作。
根据本发明,为了提高混纺线的强度和韧性,本发明中所述的混纺线包括重量比为68-75%的天然纤维和25-32%的复合纤维,其中,所述的复合纤维包括至少两种可熔融纺丝形成纤维的聚合物,本发明对该聚合物的不做特殊的限定,可以为本领域技术人员所熟知的聚合物,如聚酯纤维、聚酰胺纤维、聚乙烯纤维、聚丙烯纤维中的一种。
根据本发明,液体混合物中的水性胶黏剂的作用在于将组分粘连到混纺线上,本发明中所述的水性胶黏剂为水性聚氨酯胶黏剂、水性丙烯酸酯胶黏剂、水性丙烯酸胶黏剂、水性聚醋酸乙烯酯中的至少一种。
进一步的,液体混合物中还含有鲜花提取液,所述的鲜花提取液具有宁静安神的功效,根据本发明,所述的鲜花取自百合花、茉莉花、芦荟、薰衣草、佛手柑、迷迭香中的一种或至少两种混合物。
根据本发明,本发明中的表面活性剂为改善混纺线表面的附着性能,所述的表面活性剂为本领域技术人员所熟知的,具体的,例如直链烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵、月桂醇硫酸钠、月桂酰基谷氨酸、壬基酚聚氧乙烯(10)醚、木质素磺酸盐中的一种。

(1)取新鲜艾草茎叶捣碎,然后加水浸取,过滤除杂得艾草浸取液,向其中加入配方量的水性胶黏剂、消泡剂、表面活性剂和水,搅拌均匀,然后边搅拌边加入鲜花提取液,得液体混合物;
(2)将用于编织被单的混纺线拉直呈线状浸没到步骤(1)中的液体混合物中,逗留时间为10-30s,然后入烘箱烘干;

具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐明本发明。
实施例1
一种艾绒被,包括被单和填充在被单里的被芯,所述的被单由混纺线编织而成,混纺线在编织前浸没到含有艾草浸取液的液体混合物中逗留20s;所述的被芯由棉絮与艾绒按1:0.2的体积比混合揉制而成。
所述的混纺线包括重量比为72%的天然纤维和28%的复合纤维,复合纤维为聚酯纤维和聚丙烯纤维混合而成;
所述的液体混合物包括以下重量份的物质:艾草浸取液15份、水性聚氨酯胶黏剂28份、百合花提取液0.5份、消泡剂磷酸三丁酯0.1份、表面活性剂直链烷基苯磺酸钠0.8份、水42份。
该艾绒被的制作方法,包括以下步骤:

(1)取新鲜艾草茎叶捣碎,然后加水浸取,过滤除杂得艾草浸取液,向其中加入配方量的水性丙烯酸胶黏剂、消泡剂二甲基硅油、表面活性剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵和水,搅拌均匀,然后边搅拌边加入薰衣草提取液,得液体混合物;
(2)将用于编织被单的混纺线拉直呈线状浸没到步骤(1)中的液体混合物中,加热并保持液体混合物的温度为80℃,逗留时间为30s,然后入烘箱烘干,烘箱的温度为120℃,烘烤的时间为15s;
(3)使用步骤(2)中的混纺线编织被单,并缝制成型;
(4)被芯的制备:取2年陈的艾草反复晒杵、筛杂3次得到艾绒,将艾绒与棉絮混合揉搓30min,然后将艾绒与棉絮形成的混合物铺叠至5cm,使用纱布对其进行固定制成被芯。
(5)将被芯装填到步骤(3)得到的被单中,封口,即得艾绒被。抗菌效果测试:
采用抑菌圈直径法,对实施例1-3中的液体混合物做抑菌实验,测试结果见表1。
由测试数据可以看出,本发明提供的液体混合物对上述细菌具有强效的抑制作用。

Claims (8)

1.一种艾绒被,其特征在于:包括被单和填充在被单里的被芯,所述的被单由混纺线编织而成,混纺线在编织前浸没到含有艾草浸取液的液体混合物中逗留10-30s;所述的被芯由棉絮与艾绒按1:(0.1-0.5)的体积比混合揉制而成;
所述的液体混合物包括以下重量份的物质:艾草浸取液10-18份、水性胶黏剂20-35份、鲜花提取液0.1-1份、消泡剂0.05-0.13份、表面活性剂0.2-1份、水30-55份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的艾绒被,其特征在于:所述的混纺线包括重量比为68-75%的天然纤维和25-32%的复合纤维,其中,所述的复合纤维包括至少两种可熔融纺丝形成纤维的聚合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的艾绒被,其特征在于:所述的水性胶黏剂为水性聚氨酯胶黏剂、水性丙烯酸酯胶黏剂、水性丙烯酸胶黏剂、水性聚醋酸乙烯酯中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的艾绒被,其特征在于:所述鲜花提取液中的鲜花取自百合花、茉莉花、芦荟、薰衣草、佛手柑、迷迭香中的一种或至少两种混合物。
5.一种如权利要求1-4所述的艾绒被的制作方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)取新鲜艾草茎叶捣碎,然后加水浸取,过滤除杂得艾草浸取液,向其中加入配方量的水性胶黏剂、消泡剂、表面活性剂和水,搅拌均匀,然后边搅拌边加入鲜花提取液,得液体混合物;
(2)将用于编织被单的混纺线拉直呈线状浸没到步骤(1)中的液体混合物中,逗留时间为10-30s,然后入烘箱烘干;
(3)使用步骤(2)中的混纺线编织被单,并缝制成型;
(4)被芯的制备:取至少陈年2年的艾草反复晒杵、筛杂2-3次得到艾绒,将艾绒与棉絮混合揉搓30-50min得到被芯;
(5)将被芯装填到步骤(3)得到的被单中,封口,即得艾绒被。
6.根据权利要求5所述的艾绒被的制作方法,其特征在于:在步骤(2)中,混纺线浸染时,加热并保持液体混合物的温度为60-80℃。
7.根据权利要求5所述的艾绒被的制作方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤(2)中,烘箱的温度为100-120℃,烘烤的时间为15-35s。
8.根据权利要求5所述的艾绒被的制作方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤(4)中,被芯的制作工艺为:将艾绒与棉絮形成的混合物铺叠至5-10cm,使用纱布对其进行固定。
