本发明涉及一种抗菌面料、其制备方法及其应用,属于纺织品技术领域。
背景技术
近年来,人们对服装面料的舒适性、健康性、安全性和环保性等要求越来越高,对安全高效抗菌服饰的功能需求越来越多;在生活中,人们不可避免的接触到各种各样的细菌、真菌等微生物,这些微生物在合适的外界条件下,会迅速繁殖,并通过接触等方式传播疾病,影响人们的身体健康和正常的工作、学习和生活。纤维属于多孔性材料,叠加编织后又会形成无数空隙的多层体,因此织物较容易吸附菌类。
在现有的抗菌技术中,利用银、铜、锌等金属的抗菌能力,通过物理吸附离子交换等方法,将银、铜、锌等金属(或其离子)固定在氟石、硅胶等多孔材料的表面制成抗菌剂,然后将其加入到相应的织物中即获得具有抗菌能力的面料。其中铜离子是人体的微量元素又是重金属离子,如果固化在织物上的效果不好,容易造成铜离子溶出量超标,影响织物的抗菌效果,特别对于织物等经常需要用碱性洗涤剂清洗,且反复揉搓的情况下,更需要控制铜离子的溶出量。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明的第一个目的在于提供一种抗菌面料,该抗菌面料附着铜氨离子、大豆蛋白和多酚;多酚与大豆蛋白、面料中的植物蛋白纤维相互络合的程度最高,在铜氨离子的外部形成网状屏障层,将铜氨离子锁紧,减低铜氨离子的溶出量;铜氨离子使得面料表现出良好且持续的抑菌效果。
本发明的第二个目的在于提供一种上述抗菌面料的制备方法,该制备方法通过使得铜氨离子附着于面料上,通过月桂醇聚醚硫酸铵和多酚与大豆蛋白和植物蛋白纤维在蒸汽条件下络合反应,得到铜氨离子稳定性好的抗菌面料。
本发明的第三个目的在于提供一种上述抗菌面料的应用,其抗菌性能的面料可用于制备内衣,直接接触皮肤使用。

本发明申请中,将面料的处理试剂分为抗菌剂和固定剂,并分别以浸润和喷洒的方式加入到面料中,多酚与大豆蛋白、植物蛋白纤维的络合反应需要在水溶液中进行,并且温度会影响蛋白结构的松开,因此设置在蒸汽加热和湿润条件下,多酚的溶解率逐渐增加,则与蛋白的结合度也逐渐增加;月桂醇聚醚硫酸铵有助于将大豆蛋白和植物蛋白纤维相接枝;以喷洒的方式加入固定剂,多酚与蛋白的络合反应从面料的表面至内部逐渐减弱,使得络合的蛋白在外部形成网状结构,在铜氨离子的外部形成屏障层,将铜氨离子锁紧其中,减低铜氨离子的溶出量,面料表现出良好且持续的抑菌效果。并且在制备过程中,使用多酚、大豆蛋白等天然提取物,大豆蛋白能够保持面料的顺滑柔软贴身,不添加螯合剂、粘合剂等化学成分,大大减低对皮肤的刺激,具有抗敏的效果。
相比现有技术,本发明的有益效果在于:
1、本发明的抗菌面料中,附着铜氨离子,以提高面料的抗菌性能;通过多酚与大豆蛋白、植物蛋白纤维的络合,形成铜氨离子的屏障层,减少铜离子的溶出,提高抗菌持久性;
2、本发明的制备方法中,铜氨离子附着于面料上,通过月桂醇聚醚硫酸铵和多酚,与大豆纤维和植物蛋白纤维在蒸汽条件下络合反应,得到铜氨离子稳定性好的抗菌面料。

一种抗菌面料,包括相互编织的经纱和纬纱;经纱和纬纱均附着有铜氨离子、大豆蛋白和茶多酚;
经纱包括按重量份计的以下组分:
再生纤维素纤维 40-70份;
聚酯纤维 20-50份;
氨纶纤维 1-10份;
纬纱包括按重量份计的以下组分:
蚕丝蛋白纤维 55-80份;
聚酯纤维 10-30份;
氨纶纤维 10-30份;

多酚与蛋白的结合,会根据蛋白的结构、多酚的特性例如水溶情况、外部条件而有所不同,为减少面料对皮肤的刺激,本发明申请中尽量选取天然的植物提取物,发现选择茶多酚,与大豆蛋白、蚕丝蛋白纤维进行配合,在温度区间的蒸汽条件下,能够得到满意的络合效果。蒸汽和温度的条件为络合过程提供了溶液环境,而温度和压力的设置有利于蛋白键的松开而提高络合效果。

制备固定剂步骤:将月桂醇聚醚硫酸铵和茶多酚混合,茶多酚的浓度为58%wt;月桂醇聚醚硫酸铵的浓度为21%wt,得到固定剂;
浸润处理步骤:将以经纱和纬纱编织得到的面料浸润抗菌剂,然后在面料的上下表面均喷洒固定剂;
加热处理步骤:在蒸汽环境下进行加热固化,蒸汽的温度为108℃,蒸汽压力为0.2MPa,经干燥得到抗菌面料。
对比例1:
配置的抗菌剂为浓度58%wt的铜氨离子溶液,不使用固定剂,面料的成分与实施例1相同,抗菌面料的制备过程省略喷洒固定剂的过程,其余参数与实施例1相同。
对比例2:
配置的抗菌剂含铜氨离子溶液和牛血清蛋白,铜氨离子和牛血清蛋白的重量份之比为1:65,抗菌剂浓度为58%wt;
配置的固定剂含月桂醇聚醚硫酸铵和单宁,月桂醇聚醚硫酸铵的浓度为15%wt,单宁的浓度为55%wt;
面料的成分和制备过程参数与实施例1相同。
对实施例1-2、对比例1-2进行检测:
1)铜溶出量检测:
根据国家标准GB/T18885-2009生态纺织品技术要求对铜溶出量进行检测,结果如表格1所示:

2)抑菌率检测:
按FZ/T73023-2006AAA级标准判定抑菌率,振荡法,简化的洗涤条件及程序洗涤50次,平铺烘干,结果如表格2所示:

实施例3:
如图1所示,以实施例1作为抗菌面料1内衬,内衬可以做成蜂巢结构,更加透气,粘纤面料2作为外层缝制贴身衣物,例如内衣、内裤等。
对于本领域的技术人员来说,可根据以上描述的技术方案以及构思,做出其它各种相应的改变以及变形,而所有的这些改变以及变形都应该属于本发明权利要求的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种抗菌面料,包括相互编织的经纱和纬纱;其特征在于,所述经纱包括再生纤维素纤维、棉纤维、聚酯纤维和氨纶纤维中的至少一种;所述纬纱包括植物蛋白纤维、聚酯纤维和氨纶纤维;所述经纱和纬纱均附着有铜氨离子、大豆蛋白和多酚。
2.如权利要求1所述的抗菌面料,其特征在于,所述经纱包括按重量份计的以下组分:
再生纤维素纤维 40-70份;
聚酯纤维 20-50份;
氨纶纤维 1-10份。
3.如权利要求1所述的抗菌面料,其特征在于,所述纬纱包括按重量份计的以下组分:
植物蛋白纤维 55-80份;
聚酯纤维 10-30份;
氨纶纤维 10-30份。
4.如权利要求1所述的抗菌面料,其特征在于,所述植物蛋白纤维为蚕丝蛋白纤维。
5.一种抗菌面料的制备方法,其特征在于包括:
制备抗菌剂步骤:将铜氨离子溶液和大豆蛋白混合,得到抗菌剂;
制备固定剂步骤:将月桂醇聚醚硫酸铵和多酚混合,得到固定剂;
浸润处理步骤:将以经纱和纬纱编织得到的面料浸润抗菌剂,然后在面料的上下表面均喷洒固定剂;
加热处理步骤:在蒸汽环境下进行加热固化,经干燥得到抗菌面料。
6.如权利要求5所述的抗菌面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述抗菌剂中,铜氨离子和大豆蛋白的重量份之比为1:(50-100)。
7.如权利要求5所述的抗菌面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述固定剂中,多酚的浓度为40-85%wt;月桂醇聚醚硫酸铵的浓度为10-25%wt。
8.如权利要求5所述的抗菌面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述加热处理步骤中,蒸汽的温度为102-110℃,蒸汽压力为0.1-0.5MPa。
9.如权利要求5所述的抗菌面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述多酚为茶多酚。
10.一种抗菌面料的应用,其特征在于:将如权利要求1所述的抗菌面料和粘纤面料叠合,作为内衣布料。
