Abstract
一种新型抗菌袜采用再生纤维素纤维、锦纶铜纤维和氨纶结合,是袜子具备良好的抗菌吸汗效果,并且袜子内加入氨纶是袜子的定型与回弹效果更加理想,而袜子内的锦纶同纤维采用高声波技术安全环保,袜子抗菌性能超过洗涤50次的国家最高标准,吸湿性能也能超过洗涤10的国家最高标准。

技术领域
本发明涉及抗菌袜领域,具体涉及一种新型抗菌袜,具备良好的抗菌吸汗效果。
背景技术
袜子是人们生活中不可缺少的生活用品,起着保护脚和美化脚的作用。袜子生产是我国针织工业的一个重要组成部分。袜子要求穿着舒适,具有良好的透气性。如果穿着透气性能不好的袜子,脚部会感到闷热、潮湿、非常难受,还容易滋生细菌,诱发脚气、脚藓等脚部疾病。
已知国内注册105696112A一种铜离子抗菌袜,按照以下步骤进行制备 :将硝酸银、硝酸铜和硝酸铈配置成溶液 A 加入壳聚糖,恒温搅拌得到铜离子抗菌剂 ;将铜离子抗菌剂、山梨酸、聚酯、纳米二氧化钛、纳米氧化锌、茶多酚、β- 环糊精挤出造粒得到铜离子抗菌母粒 ;将铜离子抗菌母粒与锦纶切片纺丝得到铜离子抗菌锦纶纤维 ;将铜离子抗菌锦纶纤维与精梳棉混合编织得到所述铜离子抗菌袜,所述铜离子抗菌袜中,铜离子抗菌锦纶纤维的含量为12-20%,精梳棉的含量为80-88%,该抗菌袜主要由铜离子抗菌锦纶纤维和精梳棉组成,在日常使用中,袜子再洗涤后袜子内的铜离子抗菌锦纶纤维损耗严重,抗菌效果流失较快,增加使用成本。
本发明内容
为解决现有技术不足,本发明提供了一种新型抗菌袜,采用高频超声波技术,有效提高抗菌袜使用寿命,延长抗菌效果。
一种新型抗菌袜,包括再生纤维素纤维、锦纶铜纤维和氨纶,所述锦纶铜纤维包括铜离子抗菌母粒与锦纶,所述锦纶铜纤维制备方法与现有技术相同为:
1、将硝酸银、硝酸铜和硝酸铈加入100重量份水中配置成溶液A,其中,溶液A中,硝酸银的浓度为1 .5-2 .5mmol/L,硝酸铜的浓度为0 .2-0 .4mmol/L,硝酸铈的浓度为0 .1-0.5mmol/L,然后加入0 .8-1 .5重量份壳聚糖,在40-55℃下恒温搅拌3-4 .5h,经抽滤、干燥、研磨得到铜离子抗菌剂;
2、按重量份将5-20份铜离子抗菌剂、0 .5-3份山梨酸、30-50份聚酯、2-10份纳米二氧化钛、3-10份纳米氧化锌、2-8份茶多酚、3-10份β-环糊精加入双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒得到铜离子抗菌母粒;
3、将铜离子抗菌母粒与锦纶切片纺丝得到锦纶铜纤维;
所述再生纤维素纤维制备方法与现有技术相同为:
采用碱溶液法制备纺丝液并升温至 10-30℃;然后向其中加入纳米纤维素并分散均匀,所述纳米纤维素质量相当于所述纺丝液中纤维素原料质量的 0.01-5%,所述纳米纤维素长度≤ 5μm,长径比≥ 50,然后进行湿法纺丝得到初生纤维素纤维,再将所述初生纤维素纤维制备成再生纤维素纤维;
最后将再生纤维素纤维、锦纶铜纤维和氨纶通过编织工艺制成袜子,其特征在于,其中再生纤维素纤维含42.5%,锦纶铜纤维含49.5%,氨纶含8%。
进一步的,所述再生纤维素纤维包括粘胶纤维,醋酸纤维和铜铵纤维中的任意一种。
进一步的,所述锦纶铜纤维制备方法包括:通过高频超声波技术将含铜离子矿物质和亲水活性矿物质结合,再通过整理法制成锦纶铜纤维素。
进一步的,所述后整理法为采用抗菌液对纤维进行浸渍或浸轧,通过高温焙烘或其他方法将抗菌剂固定在纤维上的方法。
本发明对比现有技术所具有的增益效果是:
本发明一种新型抗菌袜采用再生纤维素纤维、锦纶铜纤维和氨纶结合,是袜子具备良好的抗菌吸汗效果,并且袜子内加入氨纶是袜子的定型与回弹效果更加理想,而袜子内的锦纶同纤维采用高声波技术安全环保,袜子抗菌性能超过洗涤50次的国家最高标准,吸湿性能也能超过洗涤10的国家最高标准。
具体实施方式
本发明提出的一种新型抗菌袜;
锦纶铜离子纤维素制备方法:
1、将硝酸银、硝酸铜和硝酸铈加入100重量份水中配置成溶液A,其中,溶液A中,硝酸银的浓度为1 .5mmol/L,硝酸铜的浓度为0 .4mmol/L,硝酸铈的浓度为0 .1mmol/L,然后加入1 .5重量份壳聚糖,在40℃下恒温搅拌4 .5h,经抽滤、干燥、研磨得到铜离子抗菌剂;
2、按重量份将5份铜离子抗菌剂、3份山梨酸、30份聚酯、10份纳米二氧化钛、3份纳米氧化锌、8份茶多酚、3份β-环糊精加入双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒得到铜离子抗菌母粒;
3、将铜离子抗菌母粒与锦纶切片纺丝得到铜离子抗菌锦纶纤维;
再生纤维素纤维制备方法:
采用碱溶液法制备纺丝液并升温至 10-30℃;然后向其中加入纳米纤维素并分散均匀,所述纳米纤维素质量相当于所述纺丝液中纤维素原料质量的 0.01-5%,所述纳米纤维素长度≤ 5μm,长径比≥ 50,然后进行湿法纺丝得到初生纤维素纤维,再将所述初生纤维素纤维制备成再生纤维素纤维;
采用编织机将含再生纤维素纤维42.5%,锦纶铜纤维49.5%,氨纶含8%编织。
其中锦纶铜离子纤维素的制备方法还包括:通过高频超声波技术将含铜离子矿物质和亲水活性矿物质结合,再通过整理法制成锦纶铜纤维素。
众所周知,抗菌袜内包含抗菌分子,而洗涤后抗菌分子容易丢失,洗涤数次之后抗菌性能大大降低,本发明采用超声波技术与后整理法技术,提高了铜离子纤维素与锦纶之间的牢固性,增加使用寿命,在不妨碍抗菌抑菌效果的同时,更加耐用,降低使用成本,使用次数超国家最高标准。
Claims (4)
1.一种新型抗菌袜,包括再生纤维素纤维、锦纶铜纤维和氨纶,所述锦纶铜纤维包括铜离子抗菌母粒与锦纶,所述锦纶铜纤维制备方法与现有技术相同为:
1)、将硝酸银、硝酸铜和硝酸铈加入100重量份水中配置成溶液A,其中,溶液A中,硝酸银的浓度为1 .5-2 .5mmol/L,硝酸铜的浓度为0 .2-0 .4mmol/L,硝酸铈的浓度为0 .1-0.5mmol/L,然后加入0 .8-1 .5重量份壳聚糖,在40-55℃下恒温搅拌3-4 .5h,经抽滤、干燥、研磨得到铜离子抗菌剂;
2)、按重量份将5-20份铜离子抗菌剂、0 .5-3份山梨酸、30-50份聚酯、2-10份纳米二氧化钛、3-10份纳米氧化锌、2-8份茶多酚、3-10份β-环糊精加入双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒得到铜离子抗菌母粒;

所述再生纤维素纤维制备方法与现有技术相同为:

2.进一步的,所述再生纤维素纤维包括粘胶纤维,醋酸纤维和铜铵纤维中的任意一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种新型抗菌袜,其特征在于所述锦纶铜纤维制备方法包括:通过高频超声波技术将含铜离子矿物质和亲水活性矿物质结合,再通过整理法制成锦纶铜纤维素。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种新型抗菌袜,其特征在于所述后整理法为采用抗菌液对纤维进行浸渍或浸轧,通过高温焙烘或其他方法将抗菌剂固定在纤维上的方法。
