Abstract

本发明涉及一种吸湿排汗抗紫外面料,包括经纱和纬纱,所述的经纱和纬纱均由70s/2的纯棉纱和50s/2的纯粘纤纱线依次交替排列,且采用破斜纹组织交织而成面料,然后对面料进行后整理加工,先送入自动烘干小样定型机内使用配制而成纺织助剂进行第一次浸轧,第一次浸轧后再进入立式染样小轧车内使用纺织助剂进行第二次浸轧,最后将二次浸轧后的面料送入电热恒温鼓风干燥箱进行烘干;本发明的面料是采用天然纤维素纤维织造的织物,在用纺织助剂处理后,使其具有吸湿排汗与防紫外线双重功能,在减轻或避免太阳光中的紫外线对人体的伤害的同时,吸湿排汗功能可增加人体穿着的舒适度。

Description

一种吸湿排汗抗紫外面料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种纺织领域,具体的说,尤其涉及一种吸湿排汗抗紫外面料的制备工艺。
背景技术
随着生活质量的提高,人们对衣服的面料越来越重视,功能面料也多种多样。目前市面上的一些面料吸湿排汗性较差,夏天穿着影响人体舒适度,而且容易导致皮肤病的发生,而一些面料的吸湿排汗和透气性较好,但不具备抗紫外功能,不能很好的减轻或避免户外太阳光中的紫外线;这些面料中大部分在具备了各种功能的同时也采用了非天然纤维合成的化学纤维,这种纤维在生产过程中会产生污染物,从而容易导致环境的污染。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种采用天然纤维素纤维织造的织物,通过染整后处理一次性解决面料的功能性问题,而且同时具备吸湿排汗和抗紫外功能的面料。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种吸湿排汗抗紫外面料,包括经纱和纬纱,所述的经纱和纬纱均由70s/2的纯棉纱和50s/2的纯粘纤纱线依次交替排列,且采用破斜纹组织交织而成面料,然后将面料送入自动烘干小样定型机内使用纺织助剂进行第一次浸轧,第一次浸轧后再进入立式染样小轧车内使用纺织助剂进行第二次浸轧,最后将二次浸轧后的面料送入电热恒温鼓风干燥箱进行烘干。
上述的一种吸湿排汗抗紫外面料中,所述的纺织助剂分别由200g/L的HITAAA抗紫外整理剂、30g/L的HEROSIL H686N亲水硅油和10g/L的HIT DEW吸湿排汗整理剂配制而成。
上述的一种吸湿排汗抗紫外面料中,所述的第一次浸轧和第二次浸轧的压力为1.5Kg/cm2,轧液率为100%。
上述的一种吸湿排汗抗紫外面料中,所述的烘干温度为150℃,时间为60s。
上述的一种吸湿排汗抗紫外面料中,所述的经密度为280根/10cm,纬密度为250根/10cm。
本发明的有益之处在于:该面料采用天然纤维素纤维织造织物,减少生产过程中污染源的排放;对采用天然纤维素织造的面料进行后处理,使其同时具备吸湿排汗和抗紫外功能,在减轻或避免太阳光中的紫外线对人体的伤害的同时,吸湿吸汗功能可增加人体穿着的舒适度,可用于夏季衬衣或裙类面料。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种吸湿排汗抗紫外面料,包括经纱和纬纱,所述的经纱和纬纱采用破斜纹组织交织而成面料,且该经纱和纬纱均采用70s/2的纯棉纱和50s/2的纯粘纤纱线依次交替排列,其穿综法使用1-8片顺穿法,钢筘为4综/齿,形成的经密度为280根/10cm,纬密度为250根/10cm;
然后使用200g/L的HIT AAA抗紫外整理剂、30g/L的HEROSIL H686N亲水硅油和10g/L的HIT DEW吸湿排汗整理剂配制成的纺织助剂;
将采用破斜纹组织交织而成的面料送入自动烘干小样定型机内的同时,使用配制而成的纺织助剂进行第一次浸轧,第一次浸轧后再进入立式染样小轧车内使用纺织助剂进行第二次浸轧,其中,这两次浸轧的压力为1.5Kg/cm2,带液率为100%;
最后将二次浸轧后的面料送入电热恒温鼓风干燥箱进行烘干,其采用150℃的烘干温度,时间为60s。
根据现行的标准GB/T 21655.1-2008《纺织品吸湿速干性的评定第1部分:单项组合试验法》和GB/T 18830-2009《纺织品防紫外性能的评定》,测试整理过的该面料,其具体指标为:
本发明的面料使用纺织助剂后,使其具有吸湿排汗与防紫外线双重功能,在减轻或避免太阳光中的紫外线对人体的伤害的同时,吸湿吸汗功能可增加人体穿着的舒适度。

Claims (5)

1.一种吸湿排汗抗紫外面料,包括经纱和纬纱,其特征在于,所述的经纱和纬纱均由70s/2的纯棉纱和50s/2的纯粘纤纱线依次交替排列,且采用破斜纹组织交织而成面料,然后将面料送入自动烘干小样定型机内使用纺织助剂进行第一次浸轧,第一次浸轧后再进入立式染样小轧车内使用纺织助剂进行第二次浸轧,最后将二次浸轧后的面料送入电热恒温鼓风干燥箱进行烘干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸湿排汗抗紫外面料,其特征在于,所述的纺织助剂分别是HIT AAA抗紫外整理剂、HEROSIL H686N亲水硅油和HIT DEW吸湿排汗整理剂,三种助剂的配比是200 g/L、30 g/L和10 g/L,即抗紫外整理剂:亲水硅油:吸湿排汗整理剂=20:3:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸湿排汗抗紫外面料,其特征在于,所述的后整理第一次浸轧和第二次浸轧压力均为1.5kg/cm2,轧液率为100%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸湿排汗抗紫外面料,其特征在于,所述的后整理烘干温度为150℃,时间是60s。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸湿排汗抗紫外面料,其特征在于,所述的经密度为280根/10cm,纬密度为250根/10cm。
