本发明属于纺织技术领域,具体涉及一种针织面料的制备工艺。
背景技术
随着社会的不断发展,技术水平的不断提高,人们在着装方面的要求也在不断提高,特别是对服装面料的各种性能有了新的要求,如抗静电、抗菌、抗病毒、环保、健康等等。目前对于服装面料的抗静电性能研究己经有了初步的成果,但对于其抗菌、抗病毒处理的研究还处于萌芽状态。
毛精纺面料是制作高档服装的最基础的面料,其主要原料是羊毛,其次配以天然纤维麻、蚕丝、羊绒,人造纤维粘胶、天丝、竹纤维,化学纤维涤纶、竹炭纤维以及弹性纤维等。羊毛纤维的优良特性确定了羊毛产品在人们生活中的重要地位,但事物总有他的两面性,羊毛纤维的吸湿性好,确定了毛精纺产品在穿着过程中金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌易附着在羊毛纤维上,影响人们的健康。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明针对现有技术中的不足,提出一种具有优异的阻燃、抗菌、抗皱、防静电性能,且耐洗性强,且能够提高面料的抗菌性能,抗菌效果好的针织面料的制备工艺。
技术方案:本发明所述的一种针织面料的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)在40-60质量份去离子水中投入1-5质量份蒙脱土、2-5质量份月桂酸单甘酯、0.5-3质量份氧化锌、2-6质量份聚乙二醇双硬脂酸酯混合,搅拌均匀;
2)再同时缓慢加入2-6 质量份份金刚藤提取物、4-10质量份1,4- 丁二醇、2-8 质量份尿素、1-5质量份聚丙烯酸钠,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理剂;
3)将面料在含有整理剂的浸渍液中浸轧处理,恒温烘干;
4)第一次抗菌处理 :将针织面料脱水处理,然后浸入纳米抗菌液中,升温至 40-60℃,浸泡 1-3小时,然后再升温至 60-90℃,浸泡 3-5 小时 ;
5)第二次抗菌处理 :将抗菌整理液涂覆在针织面料的表面,然后在 70-90℃的温度下进行烘干成型,烘干时间为 3-8分钟,接着在 120-180℃的温度下进行烘焙交联,时间为5-10分钟 ;
6)还原清洗处理 :将针织面料放入清洗溶液中进行清洗 ;
7)后处理:依次进行脱水、松式烘干、拉幅定形和检验。
进一步的,所述纳米抗菌液是由纳米氯化银分散液以及纳米银离子粘结剂制成。
进一步的,所述抗菌整理液由竹醋液、涂层剂和添加剂混合制成。
进一步的,所述步骤6)中的针织面料先通过拉幅烘干机烘干,再通过热定型机烘焙交联。

5)第二次抗菌处理 :将抗菌整理液涂覆在针织面料的表面,然后在 70℃的温度下进行烘干成型,烘干时间为 3分钟,接着在 120℃的温度下进行烘焙交联,时间为 5分钟 ;
6)还原清洗处理 :将针织面料放入清洗溶液中进行清洗 ;
7)后处理:依次进行脱水、松式烘干、拉幅定形和检验。
进一步的,所述纳米抗菌液是由纳米氯化银分散液以及纳米银离子粘结剂制成。
进一步的,所述抗菌整理液由竹醋液、涂层剂和添加剂混合制成。
进一步的,所述步骤6)中的针织面料先通过拉幅烘干机烘干,再通过热定型机烘焙交联。
进一步的,所述步骤7)中的清洗溶液的 ph 值为 5-5.5,清洗温度为 40℃,清洗时间为 10 分钟。
实施例2
一种针织面料的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)在60质量份去离子水中投入5质量份蒙脱土、5质量份月桂酸单甘酯、3质量份氧化锌、6质量份聚乙二醇双硬脂酸酯混合,搅拌均匀;
2)再同时缓慢加入6 质量份份金刚藤提取物、10质量份1,4- 丁二醇、8 质量份尿素、5质量份聚丙烯酸钠,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理剂;
3)将面料在含有整理剂的浸渍液中浸轧处理,恒温烘干;
4)第一次抗菌处理 :将针织面料脱水处理,然后浸入纳米抗菌液中,升温至 60℃, 浸泡 3小时,然后再升温至90℃,浸泡 5 小时 ;
5)第二次抗菌处理 :将抗菌整理液涂覆在针织面料的表面,然后在 90℃的温度下进行烘干成型,烘干时间为 8分钟,接着在 180℃的温度下进行烘焙交联,时间为 10分钟 ;
6)还原清洗处理 :将针织面料放入清洗溶液中进行清洗 ;
7)后处理:依次进行脱水、松式烘干、拉幅定形和检验。

实施例3
一种针织面料的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)在50质量份去离子水中投入3质量份蒙脱土、3质量份月桂酸单甘酯、2质量份氧化锌、4质量份聚乙二醇双硬脂酸酯混合,搅拌均匀;
2)再同时缓慢加入4质量份份金刚藤提取物、6质量份1,4- 丁二醇、6 质量份尿素、3质量份聚丙烯酸钠,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理剂;
3)将面料在含有整理剂的浸渍液中浸轧处理,恒温烘干;
4)第一次抗菌处理 :将针织面料脱水处理,然后浸入纳米抗菌液中,升温至 50℃, 浸泡2小时,然后再升温至80℃,浸泡 4小时 ;
5)第二次抗菌处理 :将抗菌整理液涂覆在针织面料的表面,然后在80℃的温度下进行烘干成型,烘干时间为 6分钟,接着在160℃的温度下进行烘焙交联,时间为 7分钟 ;
6)还原清洗处理 :将针织面料放入清洗溶液中进行清洗 ;
7)后处理:依次进行脱水、松式烘干、拉幅定形和检验。
进一步的,所述纳米抗菌液是由纳米氯化银分散液以及纳米银离子粘结剂制成。
进一步的,所述抗菌整理液由竹醋液、涂层剂和添加剂混合制成。
进一步的,所述步骤6)中的针织面料先通过拉幅烘干机烘干,再通过热定型机烘焙交联。
进一步的,所述步骤7)中的清洗溶液的 ph 值为 5-5.5,清洗温度为 45℃,清洗时间为 15分钟。

Claims (5)
1.一种针织面料的制备工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
1)在40-60质量份去离子水中投入1-5质量份蒙脱土、2-5质量份月桂酸单甘酯、0.5-3质量份氧化锌、2-6质量份聚乙二醇双硬脂酸酯混合,搅拌均匀;
2)再同时缓慢加入2-6 质量份份金刚藤提取物、4-10质量份1,4- 丁二醇、2-8 质量份尿素、1-5质量份聚丙烯酸钠,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理剂;
3)将面料在含有整理剂的浸渍液中浸轧处理,恒温烘干;
4)第一次抗菌处理 :将针织面料脱水处理,然后浸入纳米抗菌液中,升温至 40-60℃,浸泡 1-3小时,然后再升温至 60-90℃,浸泡 3-5 小时 ;
5)第二次抗菌处理 :将抗菌整理液涂覆在针织面料的表面,然后在 70-90℃的温度下进行烘干成型,烘干时间为 3-8分钟,接着在 120-180℃的温度下进行烘焙交联,时间为5-10分钟;
6)还原清洗处理 :将针织面料放入清洗溶液中进行清洗 ;
7)后处理:依次进行脱水、松式烘干、拉幅定形和检验。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种针织面料的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述纳米抗菌液是由纳米氯化银分散液以及纳米银离子粘结剂制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种针织面料的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述抗菌整理液由竹醋液、涂层剂和添加剂混合制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种针织面料的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤6)中的针织面料先通过拉幅烘干机烘干,再通过热定型机烘焙交联。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种针织面料的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤7)中的清洗溶液的 ph 值为 5-5.5,清洗温度为 40-55℃,清洗时间为 10-20 分钟。
