本发明属于纺织技术领域,具体涉及一种抗菌针织面料的后整理生产工艺。
背景技术
随着社会和经济的发展,人们生活水平的提高吗,单一功能的纺织品已远远不能满足人们的需求,多功能整理的纺织品因其优良的性能越来越得到人们的认可和使用,而拒水拒油整理就是一种面料的后整理。拒水拒油纺织品可广泛应用于服装面料、厨房及餐桌用布等。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明针对现有技术中的不足,提出一种具有良好的拒水拒油性能,被广泛应用于服装面料,厨房及餐桌布等各种油污多的工作环境,且能够提高面料的抗菌性能,抗菌效果好,使用时间长的抗菌针织面料的后整理生产工艺。
技术方案:本发明所述的一种抗菌针织面料的后整理生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)去污整理液制:调节水的 PH=3,加入交联剂 2g—5g/L、氯化镁催化剂 3g—5g/L,有机氟化合物 25 g -35g/L,得到溶液;
(2)针织面料浸渍整理液:将去污整理液加温到 25℃,放入需整理的面料,保持20min;
(3)轧液:将浸渍过的面料进行轧液,保持面料带液率为 70%;
(4)烘干:将带液的针织品在 90℃~ 95℃的烘干炉内进行烘干,保持 15min;
(5)焙烘:将烘干后的面料进行焙烘,焙烘温度保持在 120℃~130℃,保持 5min;
(6)第一次抗菌处理:将针织面料脱水处理,然后浸入纳米抗菌液中,升温至 40-50℃,浸泡 1-2 小时,然后再升温至 60-80℃,浸泡 2-3 小时;
(7)第二次抗菌处理:将抗菌整理液涂覆在针织面料的表面,然后在 60-80℃的温度下进行烘干成型,烘干时间为 2-4 分钟,接着在 100-150℃的温度下进行烘焙交联,时间为5-8 分钟;
(8)还原清洗处理:将针织面料放入清洗溶液中进行清洗;
(9)后处理:依次进行脱水、松式烘干、拉幅定形和检验。

Claims (5)
1.一种抗菌针织面料的后整理生产工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)去污整理液制:调节水的 PH=3,加入交联剂 2g—5g/L、氯化镁催化剂 3g—5g/L,有机氟化合物 25 g -35g/L,得到溶液;
(2)针织面料浸渍整理液:将去污整理液加温到 25℃,放入需整理的面料,保持20min;
(3)轧液:将浸渍过的面料进行轧液,保持面料带液率为 70%;
(4)烘干:将带液的针织品在 90℃~ 95℃的烘干炉内进行烘干,保持 15min;
(5)焙烘:将烘干后的面料进行焙烘,焙烘温度保持在 120℃~130℃,保持 5min;
(6)第一次抗菌处理:将针织面料脱水处理,然后浸入纳米抗菌液中,升温至 40-50℃,浸泡 1-2 小时,然后再升温至 60-80℃,浸泡 2-3 小时;
(7)第二次抗菌处理:将抗菌整理液涂覆在针织面料的表面,然后在 60-80℃的温度下进行烘干成型,烘干时间为 2-4 分钟,接着在 100-150℃的温度下进行烘焙交联,时间为5-8 分钟;
(8)还原清洗处理:将针织面料放入清洗溶液中进行清洗;
(9)后处理:依次进行脱水、松式烘干、拉幅定形和检验。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌针织面料的后整理生产工艺,其特征在于:所述纳米抗菌液是由纳米氯化银分散液以及纳米银离子粘结剂制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌针织面料的后整理生产工艺,其特征在于:所述抗菌整理液由竹醋液、涂层剂和添加剂混合制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌针织面料的后整理生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(7)中的针织面料先通过拉幅烘干机烘干,再通过热定型机烘焙交联。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌针织面料的后整理生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(8)中的清洗溶液的 ph 值为 5-5.5,清洗温度为 40-55℃,清洗时间为 10-20 分钟。
