本发明公开了一种服装面料的整理工艺,包括如下步骤:1)在18质量份去离子水中投入1~2质量份阿拉伯树胶粉、2.4质量份聚六亚甲基胍、0.8质量份N,N-二正丁基二硫代氨基甲酸镍、2.2质量份羟基聚磷酸酯混合,搅拌均匀;2)再同时缓慢加入1.6质量份聚乙二醇双硬脂酸酯、2.8质量份烷基咪唑啉、3.1质量份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、1.9质量份柠檬酸钠,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;3)将面料在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。本发明服装面料的整理工艺,其整理后的面料具有优异的抗皱、抗菌、阻燃、防静电性能,且耐洗性强。

本发明涉及服装面料的整理工艺。
背景技术
现有面料的抗皱、抗菌、阻燃、防静电性能和耐洗性能都有待提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种服装面料的整理工艺,其整理后的面料具有优异的抗皱、抗菌、阻燃、防静电性能,且耐洗性强。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种服装面料的整理工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)在18质量份去离子水中投入1~2质量份阿拉伯树胶粉、2.4质量份聚六亚甲基胍、0.8质量份N,N-二正丁基二硫代氨基甲酸镍、2.2质量份羟基聚磷酸酯混合,搅拌均匀;
2)再同时缓慢加入1.6质量份聚乙二醇双硬脂酸酯、2.8质量份烷基咪唑啉、3.1质量份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、1.9质量份柠檬酸钠,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;
3)将面料在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。
