本发明公开了一种衣服抗菌整理方法,包括如下步骤:1)在15质量份去离子水中投入1~2质量份铝酸钴、0.5质量份直链烷基苯磺酸、1.3质量份1-苯基-3-甲基-4-苯甲酰基-5-吡唑酮、2.1质量份聚乙二醇混合,搅拌均匀;2)再同时缓慢加入1.3质量份硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯、1.4质量份乙二醇、0.6质量份磷酸二氢铵、0.8质量份电气石超微粉,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理剂;3)将面料在含有整理剂的浸渍液中浸轧处理,恒温烘干。本发明衣服抗菌整理方法,其整理后的面料具有优异的抗皱、抗菌、阻燃、防静电性能,且耐洗性强。

本发明涉及衣服抗菌整理方法。
背景技术
现有面料的抗皱、抗菌、阻燃、防静电性能和耐洗性能都有待提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种衣服抗菌整理方法,其整理后的面料具有优异的抗皱、抗菌、阻燃、防静电性能,且耐洗性强。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种衣服抗菌整理方法,包括如下步骤:
1)在15质量份去离子水中投入1~2质量份铝酸钴、0.5质量份直链烷基苯磺酸、1.3质量份1-苯基-3-甲基-4-苯甲酰基-5-吡唑酮、2.1质量份聚乙二醇混合,搅拌均匀;
2)再同时缓慢加入1.3质量份硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯、1.4质量份乙二醇、0.6质量份磷酸二氢铵、0.8质量份电气石超微粉,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理剂;
3)将面料在含有整理剂的浸渍液中浸轧处理,恒温烘干。
优选的,衣服抗菌整理方法,包括如下步骤:

一种衣服抗菌整理方法,包括如下步骤:
1)在15质量份去离子水中投入1~2质量份铝酸钴、0.5质量份直链烷基苯磺酸、1.3质量份1-苯基-3-甲基-4-苯甲酰基-5-吡唑酮、2.1质量份聚乙二醇混合,搅拌均匀;
2)再同时缓慢加入1.3质量份硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯、1.4质量份乙二醇、0.6质量份磷酸二氢铵、0.8质量份电气石超微粉,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理剂;
3)将面料在含有整理剂的浸渍液中浸轧处理,恒温烘干。

3)将面料在含有整理剂的浸渍液中浸轧处理,恒温烘干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的衣服抗菌整理方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
