Abstract
本发明涉及一种阻燃纱线,其经过阻燃剂的浸轧处理,所述阻燃剂按质量份具有以下组分:硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯5‑8份、硅油10‑20份、渗透剂1‑5份、柔软剂1‑5份、氢氧化镁5‑10份、二元醇30‑40份、抗氧化剂3‑4份、二氧化钛1‑2份,其余为去离子水。本发明提供一种阻燃纱线,其具有优异的防霉、防蛀、抗菌、阻燃、抗静电性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及纱线技术领域,具体涉及一种阻燃纱线。
背景技术
目前所生产及使用的大多数纺织纤维制品(纱线、织物、服装、装饰用品等)还不具有阻燃功能,属于易燃物品,而这些纺织纤维制品被广泛应用于家庭、宾馆、机关、学校、交通运输工具(飞机、火车、汽车等)公共场所等领域,这就对纺织纤维制品的功能(阻燃)性提出了特殊质量要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种阻燃纱线。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:一种阻燃纱线,其经过阻燃剂的浸轧处理,所述阻燃剂按质量份具有以下组分:硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯5-8份、硅油10-20份、渗透剂1-5份、柔软剂1-5份、氢氧化镁5-10份、二元醇30-40份、抗氧化剂3-4份、二氧化钛1-2份,其余为去离子水。
上述技术方案所述渗透剂为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚。
上述技术方案所述柔软剂为季戊四醇脂肪酸酯。
上述技术方案所述抗氧化剂为丁基羟基茴香醚、二丁基羟基甲苯、叔丁基对苯二酚中的一种。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明具有以下积极的效果:
本发明提供一种阻燃纱线,其具有优异的防霉、防蛀、抗菌、阻燃、抗静电性能。

本发明提供一种阻燃纱线,其经过阻燃剂的浸轧处理,所述阻燃剂按质量份具有以下组分:硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯5-8份、硅油10-20份、渗透剂1-5份、柔软剂1-5份、氢氧化镁5-10份、二元醇30-40份、抗氧化剂3-4份、二氧化钛1-2份,其余为去离子水。
所述渗透剂为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚。
所述柔软剂为季戊四醇脂肪酸酯。
所述抗氧化剂为丁基羟基茴香醚、二丁基羟基甲苯、叔丁基对苯二酚中的一种。
取硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯6份、硅油17份、渗透剂4份、柔软剂1份、氢氧化镁6份、二元醇33份、抗氧化剂3份、二氧化钛1份,去离子水29份混合均匀,将纱线放入混合液进行浸轧处理,常温下继续浸泡180分钟,然后将染缸内的液体加热至65℃、保温30分钟后、排掉混合液体,取出纱线恒温烘干。

1.一种阻燃纱线,其特征在于,其经过阻燃剂的浸轧处理,所述阻燃剂按质量份具有以下组分:硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯5-8份、硅油10-20份、渗透剂1-5份、柔软剂1-5份、氢氧化镁5-10份、二元醇30-40份、抗氧化剂3-4份、二氧化钛1-2份,其余为去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃纱线,其特征在于:所述渗透剂为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃纱线,其特征在于:所述柔软剂为季戊四醇脂肪酸酯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃纱线,其特征在于:所述抗氧化剂为丁基羟基茴香醚、二丁基羟基甲苯、叔丁基对苯二酚中的一种。
