Abstract
本发明涉及一种耐久阻燃针织棉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)纱线成分配比:10~50wt%高强维纶纤维、30~50wt%棉纤维和10~30wt%阻燃PTFE纤维;(2)纺纱:各成分混配均匀一致,棉纤维采用长绒棉,纺纱方式采用赛络纺工艺;(3)织布:采用喷气织机或箭杆织机;(4)接着依次按照如下流程进行:烧毛→退浆、煮练、漂白→丝光→染色→阻燃→氨熏→氧化→水洗→预缩→检验包装。该工艺充分利用了三种高性能纤维的特点,实现了优势互补,成功开发出来一种高强、耐磨、阻燃面料,手感柔软,透气性好,穿着舒适。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于阻燃面料的制备工艺技术领域,具体涉及一种耐久阻燃针织棉的制备方法。
背景技术
随着我国的经济发展,各类场所火灾报道频繁,人们防范意识逐步提高,国家相关法律法规标准相继出台。对防火阻燃织物要求和需求也逐年增加,特别是在石油、电力、煤矿、炼油、化工等易燃易爆场所,人们对避火逃生的阻燃服装有着迫切的需求。由于高阻燃纤维价格高,目前市场上的阻燃服装大多采用棉后整理,其加工形式主要是浸轧焙烘法、浸渍烘燥法、涂层法、有机溶剂法等,所用阻燃剂一般是卤系、磷系等,大部分具有较大毒性,所整理的织物甲醛含量偏高,手感硬、强力损伤大、穿着不舒适、不耐水洗等,严重制约了阻燃服装品质的提高和使用。
中国专利申请《阻燃抗静电纱线及其加工方法》(专利申请号:200810156713.1,公开号CN 101377027A)中公开了一种阻燃抗静电纱线及其加工方法,该阻燃抗静电纱线的原料为间位芳纶纤维70~95%,对位芳纶纤维3~28%,抗静电纤维1.5~4%;该阻燃抗静电纱线中纤维配比较合理,织物阻燃效果好,但该纱线价格较高,不适合我国现有国情,无法被广泛使用。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中存在的不足之处,提供一种耐久阻燃针织棉的制备方法,该工艺制作的面料价格低廉、优异的回弹性、舒适透气性好、具有永久阻燃性,适用于消防工装。
本发明的目的是以下述方式实现的:
本发明提供了一种耐久阻燃针织棉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)纱线成分配比:10~50wt%高强维纶纤维、30~50wt%棉纤维和10~30wt%阻燃PTFE纤维;(2)纺纱:各成分混配均匀一致,棉纤维采用长绒棉,纺纱方式采用赛络纺工艺;(3)织布:采用喷气织机或箭杆织机;(4)接着依次按照如下流程进行:烧毛→退浆、煮练、漂白→丝光→染色→阻燃→氨熏→氧化→水洗→预缩→检验包装。
根据权利要求1所述的耐久阻燃针织棉的制备方法,步骤(1)中纱线成分配比:40wt%高强维纶纤维、30wt%棉纤维和30wt%阻燃PTFE纤维。
根据上述的耐久阻燃针织棉的制备方法,步骤(5)中阻燃过程中用的阻燃剂由如下成分制成:四羟甲基氯化磷尿素缩合物 300~400g/l、渗透剂JFC 1~3g/l、柔软剂 10~20g/l和27%双氧水3~10g/l。
根据上述的耐久阻燃针织棉的制备方法的制备方法,步骤(5)中阻燃过程中用的阻燃剂由如下成分制成:四羟甲基氯化磷尿素缩合物 360g/l、渗透剂JFC 2.5g/l、柔软剂18g/l和27%双氧水5g/l。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:
本发明提供的工艺制作的面料价格低廉、优异的回弹性、舒适透气性好、具有永久阻燃性,适用于消防工装。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
本发明提供了一种耐久阻燃针织棉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)纱线成分配比:10~50wt%高强维纶纤维、30~50wt%棉纤维和10~30wt%阻燃PTFE纤维;(2)纺纱:各成分混配均匀一致,棉纤维采用长绒棉,纺纱方式采用赛络纺工艺;(3)织布:采用喷气织机或箭杆织机;(4)接着依次按照如下流程进行:烧毛→退浆、煮练、漂白→丝光→染色→阻燃→氨熏→氧化→水洗→预缩→检验包装。

与实施例1相同部分不再重述,不同之处在于:步骤(1)中纱线成分配比:步骤(1)中纱线成分配比:40wt%高强维纶纤维、30wt%棉纤维和30wt%阻燃PTFE纤维。
实施例3:
与实施例1相同部分不再重述,不同之处在于:步骤(5)中阻燃过程中用的阻燃剂由如下成分制成:四羟甲基氯化磷尿素缩合物 360g/l、渗透剂JFC 2.5g/l、柔软剂 18g/l和27%双氧水5g/l。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明整体构思前提下,还可以作出若干改变和改进,这些也应该视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种耐久阻燃针织棉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
纱线成分配比:10~50wt%高强维纶纤维、30~50wt%棉纤维和10~30wt%阻燃PTFE纤维;(2)纺纱:各成分混配均匀一致,棉纤维采用长绒棉,纺纱方式采用赛络纺工艺; (3)织布:采用喷气织机或箭杆织机; (4)接着依次按照如下流程进行:烧毛→退浆、煮练、漂白→丝光→染色→阻燃→氨熏→氧化→水洗→预缩→检验包装。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐久阻燃针织棉的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中纱线成分配比:40wt%高强维纶纤维、30wt%棉纤维和30wt%阻燃PTFE纤维。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐久阻燃针织棉的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(5)中阻燃过程中用的阻燃剂由如下成分制成:四羟甲基氯化磷尿素缩合物 300~400g/l、渗透剂JFC 1~3g/l、柔软剂 10~20g/l和27%双氧水3~10g/l。
