本发明公开了一种混纺纱线的制备方法,1)在14‑15.3重量份去离子水中投入1‑4重量份硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯、0.9‑1.2重量份羧甲基纤维素、0.6‑1.4重量份尼泊金丙酯、0.8‑1.3重量份蓖麻油,搅拌均匀;2)再同时缓慢加入0.4‑0.9重量份磷酸三乙酯、0.8‑1.2重量份聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、0.7‑1.2重量份单硬脂酸甘油酯、0.9‑1.5重量份十八烷基二甲基羟乙基季铵硝酸盐,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;3)将混纺纱在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。本发明混纺纱线具有优异的防霉、防蛀、抗菌、阻燃、抗静电性能。

一种混纺纱线的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种混纺纱线领域,具体涉及一种混纺纱线的制备方法。
背景技术
混纺化纤织物是化学纤维与其它棉毛、丝、麻等到天然纤维混合纺纱织成的纺织产品。例如:涤棉布、涤毛华达呢等。比如涤棉混纺物是以涤纶为主要成份,采用65%-67%涤纶和33%-35%的棉花混纱线织成的纺织品,涤棉布俗称棉的确凉。特点:既突出了涤纶的风格又有棉织物的长处,在干、湿情况下弹性和耐磨性都较好,尺寸稳定,缩水率小,具有挺拔、不易皱折、易洗、快干的特点,不能用高温熨烫和沸水浸泡。
现有混纺纱线的性能单一,不能满足客户的要求。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种混纺纱线的制备方法,其具有优异的防霉、防蛀、抗菌、阻燃、抗静电性能。
为了克服背景技术中存在的缺陷,本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种混纺纱线的制备方法,包括以下各步骤:
1)在14-15.3重量份去离子水中投入1-4重量份硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯、0.9-1.2重量份羧甲基纤维素、0.6-1.4重量份尼泊金丙酯、0.8-1.3重量份蓖麻油,搅拌均匀;
2)再同时缓慢加入0.4-0.9重量份磷酸三乙酯、0.8-1.2重量份聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、0.7-1.2重量份单硬脂酸甘油酯、0.9-1.5重量份十八烷基二甲基羟乙基季铵硝酸盐,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;
3)将混纺纱在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。
在一些实施方式中,其经过浸轧处理,该浸轧处理包括如下步骤:
1)在14.5-15重量份去离子水中投入1-4重量份硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯、1.0-1.2重量份羧甲基纤维素、0.8-1.2重量份尼泊金丙酯、0.9-1.0重量份蓖麻油,搅拌均匀;
2)再同时缓慢加入0.5-0.8重量份磷酸三乙酯、1.0-1.2重量份聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、0.8-1.0重量份单硬脂酸甘油酯、1.0-1.2重量份十八烷基二甲基羟乙基季铵硝酸盐,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;
3)将混纺纱在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:提供一种混纺纱线,其具有优异的防霉、防蛀、抗菌、阻燃、抗静电性能。

实施例一:
本发明公开了一种混纺纱线的制备方法,其经过浸轧处理,该浸轧处理包括如下步骤:
1)在14.5重量份去离子水中投入1-4重量份硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯、1.0重量份羧甲基纤维素、0.8重量份尼泊金丙酯、0.9重量份蓖麻油,搅拌均匀;
2)再同时缓慢加入0.5重量份磷酸三乙酯、1.0重量份聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、0.8重量份单硬脂酸甘油酯、1.0重量份十八烷基二甲基羟乙基季铵硝酸盐,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;
3)将混纺纱在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。
实施例二:
本发明公开了一种混纺纱线的制备方法,其经过浸轧处理,该浸轧处理包括如下步骤:
1)在15重量份去离子水中投入4重量份硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯、1.2重量份 羧甲基纤维素、1.2重量份尼泊金丙酯、1.0重量份蓖麻油,搅拌均匀;
2)再同时缓慢加入0.8重量份磷酸三乙酯、1.2重量份聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、1.0重量份单硬脂酸甘油酯、1.2重量份十八烷基二甲基羟乙基季铵硝酸盐,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;
3)将混纺纱在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。
实施例三:
本发明公开了一种混纺纱线的制备方法,其经过浸轧处理,该浸轧处理包括如下步骤:
1)在14.8重量份去离子水中投入3重量份硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯、1.1重量份羧甲基纤维素、1.0重量份尼泊金丙酯、0.95重量份蓖麻油,搅拌均匀;
2)再同时缓慢加入0.7重量份磷酸三乙酯、1.1重量份聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、0.9重量份单硬脂酸甘油酯、1.1重量份十八烷基二甲基羟乙基季铵硝酸盐,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;
3)将混纺纱在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。

1.一种混纺纱线的制备方法,其特征在于,其经过浸轧处理,该浸轧处理包括如下步骤:
1)在14-15.3重量份去离子水中投入1-4重量份硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯、0.9-1.2重量份羧甲基纤维素、0.6-1.4重量份尼泊金丙酯、0.8-1.3重量份蓖麻油,搅拌均匀;
2)再同时缓慢加入0.4-0.9重量份磷酸三乙酯、0.8-1.2重量份聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、0.7-1.2重量份单硬脂酸甘油酯、0.9-1.5重量份十八烷基二甲基羟乙基季铵硝酸盐,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;
3)将混纺纱在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种混纺纱线的制备方法,其特征在于,其经过浸轧处理,该浸轧处理包括如下步骤:
1)在14.5-15重量份去离子水中投入1-4重量份硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯、1.0-1.2重量份羧甲基纤维素、0.8-1.2重量份尼泊金丙酯、0.9-1.0重量份蓖麻油,搅拌均匀;
2)再同时缓慢加入0.5-0.8重量份磷酸三乙酯、1.0-1.2重量份聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、0.8-1.0重量份单硬脂酸甘油酯、1.0-1.2重量份十八烷基二甲基羟乙基季铵硝酸盐,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;
3)将混纺纱在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。
