背景技术
纱线是由不同种类的纤维制作的纺织品,用于织成布料、制绳、针织和刺绣等,根据不同材质的产品其使用领域不同,需要具有不同的性能,如抗菌、防水、阻燃等,很多纺织面料的材质都是可燃的,因此在出现火灾时,可燃性的纺织面料会加速火灾的蔓延,因此需要使用具有阻燃性能的纱线。涤纶作为世界上用量最大,应用领域最广泛的合成纤维,其极限氧指数为20-22%,是一种易燃纤维,所以提高含有涤纶的纱线的阻燃性可以拓宽其应用领域。
另一方面为了满足不同领域所用纱线的美观和辨识度要求,需要对纱线进行染色处理,但通常在染色后的阻燃处理效果较差,并且在阻燃处理时,容易发生掉色,因此也存在着色牢度不佳的问题。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种阻燃线的染色工艺流程,所述阻燃线具有高强、耐磨、弹性好、易染色、手感顺滑等特点,同时在染色后具有优异的阻燃性能和色牢度。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种阻燃线的染色工艺流程,包括以下步骤:染色工艺、阻燃处理、烘干工艺,所述染色工艺中加入的助剂有染色酸、高温匀染剂、皂洗液、表面活性剂。
作为一种优选的方案,所述阻燃线的材质可以选择涤纶、粘胶纤维、腈纶、锦纶中的一种或多种。
作为一种优选的方案,所述染色工艺包括以下步骤:将纱线置于染色缸中并加入水、活性染料、染色酸和高温匀染剂形成染液使得浴比在1:(10~20);将染液加热到40℃,然后以3℃/min的速度继续升温到130℃,在此温度下保温30~50min,然后以9℃/min的速度降温至40℃,在此条件下使用水清洗5~15min,然后升温至65℃,加入皂洗液进行皂洗5~ 15min,最后再降温至40℃并加入表面活性剂进行5~15min的二次清洗。

作为一种优选的方案,所述烘干工艺包括以下步骤:将出缸后的纱线在常温下进行脱水处理10-20min,放入烘箱,升温至100℃并保温100~150min进行初步烘干,然后继续升温至155℃并保温40-60min,最后冷却至常温出箱即得到所述阻燃线。

有益效果:
(1)本发明的阻燃线是由涤纶、黏胶纤维、腈纶、锦纶混纺而成,通过加入黏胶纤维提高纱线的吸湿性,加入腈纶可以提高纱线的染色性,加入锦纶保证纱线的弹性并可以承受一定程度的变形,同时还可以提升纱线的耐磨性。
(2)染液中加入Acidmix A20染色酸,能够在40-130℃的温度范围内稳定染色的PH值在弱酸性,保证纱线上染的均匀性,提升皂洗的色牢度,并且价格便宜,降低染色成本,降低废水的排出量。
(3)皂洗剂选用十八烷基胺聚氧乙烯醚双季铵盐,加入的质量浓度为2g/L,能够产生较好的皂洗效果,不仅可以降低水溶液的表面张力,且通过双季铵结构结合阴离子染料的浮色或封闭染料的水溶性基团,与纱线纤维的亲和力下降;另外本发明的染液体系中还加入了两性表面活性剂,能够与皂洗液产生协同作用,从而可以完全去除浮色,提升色牢度。
(4)阻燃剂采用磷酸酯阻燃剂和三聚氰胺磷酸盐进行复配,经阻燃处理后的纱线UL-94可以达到V-0级,具有优异的阻燃性能和耐洗性并且还可以增加纱线的柔韧性。

在一些优选的实施方式中,所述染色酸的用量为0.4~0.8g/L,所述高温匀染剂的用量为0.6~1.2g/L。

在一些优选的实施方式中,所述皂洗液的用量为1.0~2.2g/L,所述皂洗液是十八烷基胺聚氧乙烯醚双季铵盐,可以很好的降低水溶液表面张力,其特有的双季铵结构可以更有效地结合染料的浮色,封闭染料的水溶性基团,从而使皂洗效果较为优异。
在一些优选的实施方式中,所述阻燃剂为磷酸酯阻燃剂和三聚氰胺磷酸盐进行复配,所述磷酸酯阻燃剂和三聚氰胺磷酸盐的重量配比为2:1,所述磷酸酯阻燃剂为磷酸三(2-乙基己基)酯,磷酸三(2-氯乙基)酯、磷酸三(2,3-二氯丙基)酯、磷酸三(邻甲苯基)酯、磷酸三(丁基乙基)酯中的一种。所述阻燃剂通过磷酸酯阻燃剂和三聚氰胺磷酸盐的复配,可以具有良好的协同成炭的作用和热稳定性,同时UL-94能够达到V-0级,具有较好的阻燃性能。
所述阻燃剂的用量为14%~20%(o.w.f)。
通过阻燃剂的作用,改变防止纺织材料的燃烧机热裂解反应过程,促使快速炭化,从而减少可燃气体的产生,实现阻燃。
实施例
实施例1
本实施例提供了一种阻燃线的染色工艺流程,包括染色工艺、阻燃剂工艺和烘干工艺。所述阻燃线的材质包括涤纶40%,粘胶纤维35%,腈纶10%,锦纶15%;将上述材质按照配比进行称量,然后进行松式络筒处理,得到纱线。
(1)染色工艺:将纱线置于染色缸中并加入水、活性红3BS染料、染色酸AcidmixA20 和高温匀染剂9801形成染液并控制浴比在1:10;将染液加热到40℃,然后以3℃/min的速度继续升温到130℃,在此温度下保温40min,然后以9℃/min的速度降温至40℃,在此条件下使用水清洗10min,然后升温至65℃,加入十八烷基胺聚氧乙烯醚双季铵盐进行皂洗10min,最后再降温至40℃并加入N-十二烷基甜菜碱进行10min的二次清洗。
(2)阻燃剂工艺:将经染色工艺处理的纱线在常温下脱水处理10min,升温至95℃同时加入阻燃剂进行浸渍,在此条件下保温30min,然后降温至40℃进行10min的脱水处理,最后出缸。
阻燃剂为磷酸三(邻甲苯基)酯和三聚氰胺磷酸盐的复配,二者的重量比为2:1,阻燃剂用量为16%(o.w.f)。
(3)烘干工艺:将出缸后的阻燃线在常温下进行脱水处理10min,放入烘箱,升温至100℃并保温120min进行初步烘干,然后继续升温至155℃并保温60min,最后冷却至常温出箱即得到所述阻燃线。
实施例2
本实施例提供了一种阻燃线的染色工艺流程,包括染色工艺、阻燃剂工艺和烘干工艺。所述阻燃线的材质包括涤纶35%,粘胶纤维35%,腈纶15%,锦纶15%;将上述材质按照配比进行称量,然后进行松式络筒处理,得到纱线。
(1)染色工艺:将纱线置于染色缸中并加入水、活性红3BS染料、染色酸AcidmixA20 和高温匀染剂XPO-5形成染液并控制浴比在1:15;将染液加热到40℃,然后以3℃/min的速度继续升温到130℃,在此温度下保温50min,然后以9℃/min的速度降温至40℃,在此条件下使用水清洗15min,然后升温至65℃,加入十八烷基胺聚氧乙烯醚双季铵盐进行皂洗15min,最后再降温至40℃并加入N-十二烷基甜菜碱进行15min的二次清洗。
(2)阻燃剂工艺:将经染色工艺处理的纱线在常温下脱水处理10min,升温至95℃同时加入阻燃剂进行浸渍,在此条件下保温20min,然后降温至40℃进行6min的脱水处理,最后出缸。
阻燃剂为磷酸三(2-氯乙基)酯和三聚氰胺磷酸盐的复配,二者的重量比为2:1,阻燃剂用量为19%(o.w.f)。
(3)烘干工艺:将出缸后的阻燃线在常温下进行脱水处理20min,放入烘箱,升温至100℃并保温120min进行初步烘干,然后继续升温至155℃并保温50min,最后冷却至常温出箱即得到所述阻燃线。
实施例3
本实施例提供了一种阻燃线的染色工艺流程,包括染色工艺、阻燃剂工艺和烘干工艺。所述阻燃线的材质包括涤纶40%,粘胶纤维40%,腈纶10%,锦纶10%;将上述材质按照配比进行称量,然后进行松式络筒处理,得到纱线。
(1)染色工艺:将纱线置于染色缸中并加入水、活性红3BS染料、染色酸AcidmixA20 和高温匀染剂X-102形成染液并控制浴比在1:20;将染液加热到40℃,然后以3℃/min的速度继续升温到130℃,在此温度下保温30min,然后以9℃/min的速度降温至40℃,在此条件下使用水清洗15min,然后升温至65℃,加入十八烷基胺聚氧乙烯醚双季铵盐进行皂洗15min,最后再降温至40℃并加入N-十二烷基甜菜碱进行8min的二次清洗。
(2)阻燃剂工艺:将经染色工艺处理的纱线在常温下脱水处理15min,升温至95℃同时加入阻燃剂进行浸渍,在此条件下保温25min,然后降温至40℃进行10min的脱水处理,最后出缸。
阻燃剂为磷酸三(丁基乙基)酯和三聚氰胺磷酸盐的复配,二者的重量比为2:1,阻燃剂用量为17%(o.w.f)。
(3)烘干工艺:将出缸后的阻燃线在常温下进行脱水处理15min,放入烘箱,升温至100℃并保温150min进行初步烘干,然后继续升温至155℃并保温40min,最后冷却至常温出箱即得到所述阻燃线。
对比例1
所述对比例提供了一种阻燃线的染色工艺流程,与实施例1的区别在于不含染色酸。
对比例2
所述对比例提供了一种阻燃线的染色工艺流程,与实施例1的区别在于皂洗液替换为皂洗剂1815。
对比例3
所述对比例提供了一种阻燃线的染色工艺流程,与实施例1的区别在于阻燃剂为磷酸三(邻甲苯基)酯。
本发明的实施效果
对实施例1-3和对比例1-3得到的阻燃线进行如下测试,测试结果见表1。
1.耐洗牢度测定
根据GB/T-2008《纺织品色牢度耐皂洗色牢度》进行测试。
2.极限氧指数
采用型号为M606A氧指数测定仪依据GB/T5454—1997《纺织品燃烧性能测定-氧指数法》测定。

由表1的测试结果可知,通过本发明提供的技术方案得到的阻燃线具有耐洗牢度佳,皂洗牢度均在4级及以上,且极限氧指数较高,在水洗0次和水洗50次后均大于27,表明阻燃性能优异。

Claims (10)

1.一种阻燃线的染色工艺流程,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:染色工艺、阻燃处理、烘干工艺,所述染色工艺中加入的助剂有染色酸、高温匀染剂、皂洗液、表面活性剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃线的染色工艺流程,其特征在于,所述阻燃线的材质可以选择涤纶、粘胶纤维、腈纶、锦纶中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃线的染色工艺流程,其特征在于,所述染色工艺包括以下步骤:将纱线置于染色缸中并加入水、染料、染色酸和高温匀染剂形成染液使得浴比在1:(10~20);将染液加热到40℃,然后以3℃/min的速度继续升温到130℃,在此温度下保温30~50min,然后以9℃/min的速度降温至40℃,在此条件下使用水清洗5~15min,然后升温至65℃,加入皂洗液进行皂洗5~15min,最后再降温至40℃并加入表面活性剂进行5~15min的二次清洗。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃线的染色工艺流程,其特征在于,所述阻燃处理包括以下步骤:将经染色工艺处理的纱线在常温下脱水处理10min,升温至95℃同时加入阻燃剂进行浸渍,在此条件下保温20~30min,然后降温至40℃进行5~10min的脱水处理,最后出缸。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃线的染色工艺流程,其特征在于,所述烘干工艺包括以下步骤:将经阻燃处理的纱线在常温下进行脱水处理10-20min,放入烘箱,升温至100℃并保温100~150min进行初步烘干,然后继续升温至155℃并保温40-60min,最后冷却至常温出箱即得到所述阻燃线。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种阻燃线的染色工艺流程,其特征在于,所述高温匀染剂为阴离子型或非离子型。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种阻燃线的染色工艺流程,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为两性表面活性剂,所述两性表面活性剂为甜菜碱或月桂酸咪唑啉。
8.根据权利要求3所述的一种阻燃线的染色工艺流程,其特征在于,所述染色酸的用量为0.4~0.8g/L,所述高温匀染剂的用量为0.6~1.2g/L。
9.根据权利要求3所述的一种阻燃线的染色工艺流程,其特征在于,所述皂洗液的用量为1.0~2.2g/L,所述表面活性剂的用量为1.6~2.2g/L。
10.根据权利要求4所述的一种阻燃线的染色工艺流程,其特征在于,所述阻燃剂为磷酸酯阻燃剂和三聚氰胺磷酸盐的复配,所述磷酸酯阻燃剂和三聚氰胺磷酸盐的重量配比为2:1,所述阻燃剂的用量为14%~20%(o.w.f)。
