本发明创造属于纺织工艺领域,尤其是涉及一种高强度阻燃全棉织物的制备工艺。
背景技术
阻燃织物制作的阻燃防护服具有优良的耐洗涤性能,无毒无味无刺激性,对人体安全可靠,透气透湿,手感柔软,穿着舒适。现有阻燃面料主要存在的问题为其织造纱线为聚合塑料物质,容易产生滴融造成二次伤害。
目前的阻燃织物大多添加有低分子阻燃剂,所述低分子阻燃剂对成品纤维的物理性能(如强力等重要参数)影响较大,不能充分体现织物在纺织方面的优异性能;而且所述添加有低分子阻燃剂的阻燃织物,其极限氧指数(指聚合物在氧和氮混合气体中当刚能支撑其燃烧时氧的体积分数浓度,用来表征材料的可燃性,氧指数高表示材料不易燃烧,氧指数低表示材料容易燃烧)偏低,往往无法满足实际使用所需达到的阻燃标准。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明创造旨在提出一种高强度阻燃全棉织物的制备工艺,以解决现有技术中阻燃织物无法达到阻燃标准的技术问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明创造的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种高强度阻燃全棉织物的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)将阻燃腈纶、阻燃黏胶和涤纶在开清工序混合后经梳理制成毛条,然后经粗纱、细纱工序纺成经纱;将聚苯硫醚纤维、阻燃涤纶在开清工序混合后经梳理制成毛条,然后经粗纱、细纱工序纺成纬纱;然后将经纱和纬纱采用分条整经机进行整经加工得到纱线条,整经速度为200m/min,整经张力为0.3cN;
(2)在40-50℃下对步骤(2)制得的纱线条进行前处理10-15min,加入防沾色剂15-20g/l,再运转8-10min后,采用活性染料对纱线条进行染色,再使用固色剂做固色处理后水洗;
(3)采用针织或机织工艺将处理后的纱线条织成坯布,将坯布使用20-30℃的清水水洗20-60min,最后在烘干机内烘干,温度控制在70℃-90℃;
(4)将步骤(3)烘干后坯布浸渍在阻燃整理液中浸渍,浸渍的温度控制在20-40℃,后用清水清洗20分钟;
(5)在160-180℃温度下对浸渍后的坯布烘培50-70s后即得成品。
进一步的,所述步骤(4)中所述的阻燃整理液,包括如下重量份数的原料:磷酸氢二氨30-40份;尿素30-40份;磷酸20-30份;水10-20份。
进一步的,所述步骤(4)中的阻燃整理液,包括如下重量份数的原料:磷酸氢二氨35份;尿素30份;磷酸30份;15份水。
进一步的,所述步骤(4)中的阻燃整理液的用量为坯布重量的3-10%。
进一步的,所述步骤(3)中坯布的成纱方式为环锭纺,细度为15s。
进一步的,所述坯布的PH值为8及不含有任何类型表面活性剂。

(4)将步骤(3)烘干后坯布浸渍在阻燃整理液中浸渍,浸渍的温度控制在20℃,后用清水清洗20分钟;

(2)在50℃下对步骤(2)制得的纱线条进行前处理10min,加入防沾色剂20g/l,再运转10min后,采用活性染料对纱线条进行染色,再使用固色剂做固色处理后水洗;

(4)将步骤(3)烘干后坯布浸渍在阻燃整理液中浸渍,浸渍的温度控制在30℃,后用清水清洗20分钟;
(5)在160℃温度下对浸渍后的坯布烘培60s后即得成品。
步骤(4)中的阻燃整理液,包括如下重量份数的原料:磷酸氢二氨40份;尿素33份;磷酸28份;15份水,阻燃整理液的用量为坯布重量的8%。

Claims (7)

1.一种高强度阻燃全棉织物的制备工艺,其特征在于:该制备工艺包括如下步骤:
(1)将阻燃腈纶、阻燃黏胶和涤纶在开清工序混合后经梳理制成毛条,然后经粗纱、细纱工序纺成经纱;将聚苯硫醚纤维、阻燃涤纶在开清工序混合后经梳理制成毛条,然后经粗纱、细纱工序纺成纬纱;然后将经纱和纬纱采用分条整经机进行整经加工得到纱线条,整经速度为200m/min,整经张力为0.3cN;
(2)在40-50℃下对步骤(2)制得的纱线条进行前处理10-15min,加入防沾色剂15-20g/l,再运转8-10min后,采用活性染料对纱线条进行染色,再使用固色剂做固色处理后水洗;
(3)采用针织或机织工艺将处理后的纱线条织成坯布,将坯布使用20-30℃的清水水洗20-60min,最后在烘干机内烘干,温度控制在70℃-90℃;
(4)将步骤(3)烘干后坯布浸渍在阻燃整理液中浸渍,浸渍的温度控制在20-40℃,后用清水清洗20分钟;
(5)在160-180℃温度下对浸渍后的坯布烘培50-70s后即得成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高强度阻燃全棉织物的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(4)中所述的阻燃整理液,包括如下重量份数的原料:磷酸氢二氨30-40份;尿素30-40份;磷酸20-30份;水10-20份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的高强度阻燃全棉织物的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(4)中的阻燃整理液,包括如下重量份数的原料:磷酸氢二氨35份;尿素30份;磷酸30份;水15份。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的高强度阻燃全棉织物的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(4)中的阻燃整理液的用量为坯布重量的3-10%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高强度阻燃全棉织物的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中坯布的成纱方式为环锭纺,细度为15s。
6.一种高强度阻燃全棉织物,其特征在于,其由权利要求1-5中任一项所述的制备工艺制备而成。
7.权利要求6所述高强度阻燃全棉织物在服装、家纺用品、体育用品、医疗保健、防火上的应用。
