Abstract
本发明公开了一种羊毛西服面料的染色阻燃整理方法,包括染色和阻燃整理两步骤,染色采用活性染料,阻燃整理的活性成分为β‑(N‑苯基酰胺)乙基甲基次膦酸。该羊毛西服面料的染色阻燃整理方法采用活性染料染色,并且采用含氮磷的具有反应活性的β‑(N‑苯基酰胺)乙基甲基次膦酸作为阻燃整理剂的活性成分,阻燃活性成分与羊毛分子链发生交联,所得羊毛西服面料具有类似半永久的阻燃效果,染色色深K/S值下降不超过15%。

技术领域
本发明涉及面料制造技术领域,具体涉及一种羊毛西服面料的染色阻燃整理方法。
背景技术
羊毛的阻燃整理按照阻燃功效持续时间分为非永久性、半永久性和永久性三种。非永久性阻燃整理不耐水洗、如羊毛经正磷酸等无机酸或者氨基磺酸等有机酸溶液浸渍烘干后能暂时阻燃,水洗后失效;半永久性阻燃整理可耐五次左右洗涤,或在特定条件下耐多次洗涤,永久阻燃整理耐洗涤次数更多,现有技术中的半永久性和永久性阻燃整理例如氨基磺酸和尿素轧烘焙、四羟基甲基氯化磷与尿素或者三聚氰胺混合轧烘焙。改进的羊毛西服面料的阻燃整理剂中,多采用氧化物溶胶如氧化锌、氧化锡、硅溶胶等,或者采用传统的含卤阻燃剂,羊毛西服面料的纤维中鳞片呈龟裂状,溶胶整理得到的面料耐洗性较差,而含卤阻燃剂整理的面料安全性不足,对于永久半永久整理剂在纤维表面的附着力差。另外,阻燃整理还会明显降低染色的深度,影响布面强力。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的缺陷,提供一种羊毛西服面料的染色阻燃整理方法,经上述染色和阻燃整理的面料色深下降幅度较小,具有良好的阻燃性能。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:一种羊毛西服面料的染色阻燃整理方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:将羊毛西服面料置于由活性染料、元明粉、非离子表面活性剂和聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵、酸性pH值调节剂和水组成的染液中,所述染液的pH值为4.5~5.5,所述染液的入染温度为45~50℃,染液升温至90℃并保温70~90min,取出羊毛西服面料,清洗烘干;
S2:将β-(N-苯基酰胺)乙基甲基次膦酸、润湿剂和水混合制成阻燃浸轧液,将S1所得羊毛西服面料置于所述阻燃浸轧液中至少两次浸轧处理,经预烘、焙烘,水洗晾干,得到具有阻燃功能的染色羊毛西服面料。
优选的技术方案为,所述羊毛西服面料在染液中的升温速率为1~1.5℃/min,所述羊毛西服面料与所述染液的浴比为1:(40~50)。
优选的技术方案为,所述活性染料为LANASOL系列活性染料,所述染液中活性染料的含量为1.5~3%(o.w.f.),所述非离子表面活性剂的含量为0.5~2%(o.w.f.),聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵的含量为5~8%(o.w.f.)。
优选的技术方案为,阻燃浸轧液的pH值为5.5~6.2,所述阻燃浸轧液中β-(N-苯基酰胺)乙基甲基次膦酸的含量为5~11g/L。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:
该羊毛西服面料的染色阻燃整理方法采用活性染料染色,并且采用含氮磷的具有反应活性的β-(N-苯基酰胺)乙基甲基次膦酸作为阻燃整理剂的活性成分,阻燃活性成分与羊毛分子链发生交联,所得羊毛西服面料具有类似半永久的阻燃效果,染色色深K/S值下降不超过15%。

下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
实施例1 羊毛西服面料的染色阻燃整理方法包括以下步骤:
S1:将羊毛西服面料置于由活性染料、元明粉、非离子表面活性剂和聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵、酸性pH值调节剂和水组成的染液中,染液的pH值为4.5,染液的入染温度为50℃,染液升温至90℃并保温7min,取出羊毛西服面料,清洗烘干;
S2:将β-(N-苯基酰胺)乙基甲基次膦酸、润湿剂和水混合制成阻燃浸轧液,将S1所得羊毛西服面料置于阻燃浸轧液中至少两次浸轧处理,经预烘、焙烘,水洗晾干,得到具有阻燃功能的染色羊毛西服面料。
羊毛西服面料在染液中的升温速率为1.5℃/min,羊毛西服面料与染液的浴比为1:40。
活性染料为LANASOL蓝,染液中活性染料的含量为3%(o.w.f.),非离子表面活性剂的含量为0.5%(o.w.f.),聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵的含量为8%(o.w.f.)。
阻燃浸轧液的pH值为5.5,阻燃浸轧液中β-(N-苯基酰胺)乙基甲基次膦酸的含量为11g/L。
实施例2
实施例2基于实施例1,区别在于:染液的pH值为5.5,染液的入染温度为45℃,染液升温至90℃并保温90min,取出羊毛西服面料,清洗烘干;
羊毛西服面料在染液中的升温速率为1℃/min,羊毛西服面料与染液的浴比为1:50。
染液中活性染料的含量为1.5%(o.w.f.),非离子表面活性剂的含量为2%(o.w.f.),聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵的含量为5%(o.w.f.)。
阻燃浸轧液的pH值为6.2,阻燃浸轧液中β-(N-苯基酰胺)乙基甲基次膦酸的含量为5g/L。
实施例3
实施例3基于实施例1,区别在于,羊毛西服面料在染液中的升温速率为1.25℃/min,羊毛西服面料与染液的浴比为1:45。
染液中活性染料的含量为2%(o.w.f.),非离子表面活性剂的含量为1.2%(o.w.f.),聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵的含量为6%(o.w.f.)。
阻燃浸轧液的pH值为5.8,阻燃浸轧液中β-(N-苯基酰胺)乙基甲基次膦酸的含量为8g/L。
对比例
对比例1为经实施例1染色步骤得到的羊毛西服面料;
对比例2为经实施例2染色步骤得到的羊毛西服面料;
对比例3为经实施例3染色步骤得到的羊毛西服面料;
与相应的对比例相比,经垂直燃烧试验验证,实施例所得羊毛西服面料的阻燃级别LOI分别为21.8%、24.2%、26.1%。
采用D65光源和10°视角,测定织物的色度参数L*、a、b和C*,与相应的对比例相比,羊毛西服面料的表观染色深度下降幅度分别为5.87%、8.35%、12.69%。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (4)
1.一种羊毛西服面料的染色阻燃整理方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:将羊毛西服面料置于由活性染料、元明粉、非离子表面活性剂和聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵、酸性pH值调节剂和水组成的染液中,所述染液的pH值为4.5~5.5,所述染液的入染温度为45~50℃,染液升温至90℃并保温70~90min,取出羊毛西服面料,清洗烘干;
S2:将β-(N-苯基酰胺)乙基甲基次膦酸、润湿剂和水混合制成阻燃浸轧液,将S1所得羊毛西服面料置于所述阻燃浸轧液中至少两次浸轧处理,经预烘、焙烘,水洗晾干,得到具有阻燃功能的染色羊毛西服面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的羊毛西服面料的染色阻燃整理方法,其特征在于,所述羊毛西服面料在染液中的升温速率为1~1.5℃/min,所述羊毛西服面料与所述染液的浴比为1:(40~50)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的羊毛西服面料的染色阻燃整理方法,其特征在于,所述活性染料为LANASOL系列活性染料,所述染液中活性染料的含量为1.5~3%(o.w.f.),所述非离子表面活性剂的含量为0.5~2%(o.w.f.),聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵的含量为5~8%(o.w.f.)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的羊毛西服面料的染色阻燃整理方法,其特征在于,阻燃浸轧液的pH值为5.5~6.2,所述阻燃浸轧液中β-(N-苯基酰胺)乙基甲基次膦酸的含量为5~11g/L。
