Abstract

本发明提供一种服装用织物固色剂,所述固色剂包括以下重量配比的原料:丙烯酸酯20~25份,偶氮二异丁腈1~4份,壳聚糖季铵盐8~10份,十八烷基二甲基胺5~8份,醋酸3~5份,二乙烯三胺6~8份,双氰胺4~6份,有机硅氧烷1~3份,水50~80份;本发明还提供了上述固色剂的制备方法,步骤如下:将配方量的丙烯酸酯与偶氮二异丁腈混合,加热至45~60℃,搅拌下反应2~4小时,冷却至室温后将剩余组分按配方量加入,搅拌下反应1~1.5小时,制得固色剂。所述固色剂无毒无甲醛,绿色环保,对人体没有伤害,固色牢度强,抗菌、抗皱、抗静电,且制备工艺简单、反应条件温和,原料易得。

一种服装用织物固色剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明具体涉及一种服装用织物固色剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
在服装织物的织造过程中,有些染物虽然可以染得比较鲜艳的色泽,但由于湿处理牢度不佳,褪色和粘色的现象比较严重,不仅使得织物本身外观陈旧,同时染料还会从已染色的湿纤维上掉下来,沾污到白的或者染成其他色泽的纤维上;不同色泽的衣物在洗涤时还会互相沾色,搭色。因此,在染色工序中,需要加入固色剂,以增强染料的牢度。染料固色剂是指可以使染料和纤维之间更有效地固着的一类化合物,它能改善和提高染色织物的各类牢度。传统的固色剂含有甲醛等对人体健康有害的物质,可是随着经济水平的不断提高,人们对服装质量的要求也随之越来越高,越来越多的人热衷于“绿色服装”,但是目前市场上出现的无醛固色剂水洗牢度不理想,生产工艺复杂。
发明内容
为解决上述存在的问题,本发明的目的之一在于提供一种服装用织物固色剂,所述固色剂无毒无甲醛,绿色环保,固色牢度强,且抗菌、抗皱、抗静电。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:
一种服装用织物固色剂,所述固色剂包括以下重量配比的原料:丙烯酸酯20~25份,偶氮二异丁腈1~4份,壳聚糖季铵盐8~10份,十八烷基二甲基胺5~8份,醋酸3~5份,二乙烯三胺6~8份,双氰胺4~6份,有机硅氧烷1~3份,水50~80份。
优选地,所述固色剂包括以下重量配比的原料:丙烯酸酯21~24份,偶氮二异丁腈2~4份,壳聚糖季铵盐8.5~9.5份,十八烷基二甲基胺6~7份,醋酸3.5~4.5份,二乙烯三胺6.5~7.5份,双氰胺4.5~5.5份,有机硅氧烷1.5~2.5份,水60~70份。
优选地,所述固色剂包括以下重量配比的原料:丙烯酸酯22份,偶氮二异丁腈3份,壳聚糖季铵盐9份,十八烷基二甲基胺6.5份,醋酸4份,二乙烯三胺7份,双氰胺5份,有机硅氧烷2份,水65份。
另,所述丙烯酸酯为丙烯酸甲酯或丙烯酸乙酯或丙烯酸丁酯。
另有,所述有机硅氧烷为甲基硅氧烷或乙基硅氧烷。
再,所述水为去离子水。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种如上所述服装用织物固色剂的制备方法,其原料易得、制备工艺简单、反应条件温和,步骤如下:
将配方量的丙烯酸酯与偶氮二异丁腈混合,加热至45~60℃,搅拌下反应2~4小时,冷却至室温后将剩余组分按配方量加入,搅拌下反应1~1.5小时,制得固色剂。
本发明的有益效果在于:
与现有技术相比,本发明所提供的固色剂具有如下优点:(1)没有游离甲醛释放,绿色健康,对人体没有伤害;(2)通过固色剂分子中的阳离子基团与染料中的阴离子基团进行静电结合,在织物表面形成不溶性的色淀,进而封闭染料的水溶性基团,具有良好的固色效果,固色牢度强;(3)具有抗菌、抗皱、抗静电的功能;(4)原料易得,制备工艺简单,反应条件温和易于控制。

本发明所述的一种服装用织物固色剂的制备方法为:
将配方量的丙烯酸酯与偶氮二异丁腈混合,加热至45~60℃,搅拌下反应2~4小时,冷却至室温后将剩余组分按配方量加入,搅拌下反应1~1.5小时,制得固色剂。

1.一种服装用织物固色剂,其特征在于,所述固色剂包括以下重量配比的原料:丙烯酸酯20~25份,偶氮二异丁腈1~4份,壳聚糖季铵盐8~10份,十八烷基二甲基胺5~8份,醋酸3~5份,二乙烯三胺6~8份,双氰胺4~6份,有机硅氧烷1~3份,水50~80份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种服装用织物固色剂,其特征在于,所述固色剂包括以下重量配比的原料:丙烯酸酯21~24份,偶氮二异丁腈2~4份,壳聚糖季铵盐8.5~9.5份,十八烷基二甲基胺6~7份,醋酸3.5~4.5份,二乙烯三胺6.5~7.5份,双氰胺4.5~5.5份,有机硅氧烷1.5~2.5份,水60~70份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种服装用织物固色剂,其特征在于,所述固色剂包括以下重量配比的原料:丙烯酸酯22份,偶氮二异丁腈3份,壳聚糖季铵盐9份,十八烷基二甲基胺6.5份,醋酸4份,二乙烯三胺7份,双氰胺5份,有机硅氧烷2份,水65份。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种服装用织物固色剂,其特征在于,所述丙烯酸酯为丙烯酸甲酯或丙烯酸乙酯或丙烯酸丁酯。
5.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种服装用织物固色剂,其特征在于,所述有机硅氧烷为甲基硅氧烷或乙基硅氧烷。
6.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种服装用织物固色剂,其特征在于,所述水为去离子水。
7.权利要求1所述的服装用织物固色剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:将配方量的丙烯酸酯与偶氮二异丁腈混合,加热至45~60℃,搅拌下反应2~4小时,冷却至室温后将剩余组分按配方量加入,搅拌下反应1~1.5小时,制得固色剂。
