现有天鹅绒面料的染色方法，染色面料的色牢度不高，染色均匀性不好，且容易产生色花。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种天鹅绒面料的染色方法，其染色后的面料具有优异的日晒色牢度、汗渍色牢度、水洗色牢度、干洗色牢度、摩擦色牢度、水渍色牢度、氯漂色牢度、非氯漂色牢度，且染色均匀性好，无色花。
为实现上述目的，本发明的技术方案是设计一种天鹅绒面料的染色方法，包括如下步骤：
1)在染缸中依次加入1～2重量份丙烯酸酯、1.1重量份1,3,5-三嗪-2,4,6-三硫醇三钠盐、1.3重量份γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷、0.9重量份聚氧乙烯脂肪胺、45重量份植物染料依次投入150重量份去离子水，搅拌均匀，并加热至55℃；

面料的染色效果是很大程度上是由染缸中染料、助剂的组分及配比所决定的，且工艺步骤、工艺参数(时间、温度等)也起到关键作用。
染缸中“染料、助剂”的不同组分会相互影响，多种组分及其配比的综合，会很大程度上决定面料的最终染色效果，如果“染料、助剂”的组分及配比不相互协调，单个组分所带来的有益效果，会被其他组分消减甚至消除，严重的时候，不同组分相互抵触，起不到整体综合作用，产生负作用和次品。本发明通过大量创造性劳动、反复验证，得到“染料、助剂”的最优组分及配比，使得多种组分综合在一起、相互协调、并产生正向综合效应。
本发明更在上述“染料、助剂”的最优组分及配比基础上，配以与该“染料、助剂”相配套的最优工艺步骤、工艺参数，使得面料的最终染色效果达到最优。

1)在染缸中依次加入1.2重量份丙烯酸酯、1.1重量份1,3,5-三嗪-2,4,6-三硫醇三钠盐、1.3重量份γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷、0.9重量份聚氧乙烯脂肪胺、45重量份植物染料依次投入150重量份去离子水，搅拌均匀，并加热至55℃；
2)再依次投入1.3重量份硫酸钠、2.6重量份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚、0.4重量份十八烷基二甲基胺、2.3重量份苯甲酸苄酯，继续搅拌，至充分混合均匀，并加热至65℃；
3)将面料浸泡在染缸中30分钟；
4)将浸泡后的面料在80℃烘干；
5)将烘干后的面料浸入清水中漂洗30分钟；
6)取出漂洗后的面料自然晾干。
