背景技术
现有PV绒织物的染色方法,染色织物的色牢度不高,染色均匀性不好,且容易产生色花。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种PV绒织物的染色方法,其染色后的织物具有优异的摩擦色牢度、水洗色牢度、干洗色牢度、日晒色牢度、汗渍色牢度、水渍色牢度、氯漂色牢度、非氯漂色牢度,且染色均匀性好,无色花。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种PV绒织物的染色方法,包括如下步骤:
1)在染缸中依次加入1~2重量份茶多酚、1.6重量份二乙烯三胺、3.5重量份乙二醇、1.1重量份马来酸丙烯酸共聚物、25重量份植物染料依次投入100重量份去离子水,搅拌均匀,并加热至45℃;
2)再依次投入2.6重量份乙二胺、1.6重量份异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚、2.5重量份N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮/丙烯酰胺共聚物、1.6重量份2-丙烯酸酰胺-2-甲基丙烷磺酸,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,并加热至60℃;
3)将织物浸泡在染缸中45分钟;
4)将浸泡后的织物在85℃烘干;
5)将烘干后的织物浸入清水中漂洗45分钟;
6)取出漂洗后的织物自然晾干。

本发明的优点和有益效果在于:提供一种PV绒织物的染色方法,其染色后的织物具有优异的摩擦色牢度、水洗色牢度、干洗色牢度、日晒色牢度、汗渍色牢度、水渍色牢度、氯漂色牢度、非氯漂色牢度,且染色均匀性好,无色花。
织物的染色效果是很大程度上是由染缸中染料、助剂的组分及配比所决定的,且工艺步骤、工艺参数(时间、温度等)也起到关键作用。
染缸中“染料、助剂”的不同组分会相互影响,多种组分及其配比的综合,会很大程度上决定织物的最终染色效果,如果“染料、助剂”的组分及配比不相互协调,单个组分所带来的有益效果,会被其他组分消减甚至消除,严重的时候,不同组分相互抵触,起不到整体综合作用,产生负作用和次品。本发明通过大量创造性劳动、反复验证,得到“染料、助剂”的最优组分及配比,使得多种组分综合在一起、相互协调、并产生正向综合效应。
本发明更在上述“染料、助剂”的最优组分及配比基础上,配以与该“染料、助剂”相配套的最优工艺步骤、工艺参数,使得织物的最终染色效果达到最优。
