本发明的目的在于提供一种毛绒面料的染色方法，其染色后的面料具有优异的汗渍色牢度、水渍色牢度、水洗色牢度、干洗色牢度、摩擦色牢度、日晒色牢度、氯漂色牢度、非氯漂色牢度，且染色均匀性好，无色花。
为实现上述目的，本发明的技术方案是设计一种毛绒面料的染色方法，包括如下步骤：
1)在染缸中依次加入1～2重量份三苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚磺化铵、1.1重量份二烯丙基铵盐、0.8重量份γ-环氧丙基醚基三甲氧基硅烷、1.3重量份六甲氧基甲基三聚氢胺、35重量份植物染料依次投入150重量份去离子水，搅拌均匀，并加热至55℃；

染缸中“染料、助剂”的不同组分会相互影响，多种组分及其配比的综合，会很大程度上决定面料的最终染色效果，如果“染料、助剂”的组分及配比不相互协调，单个组分所带来的有益效果，会被其他组分消减甚至消除，严重的时候，不同组分相互抵触，起不到整体综合作用，产生负作用和次品。本发明通过大量创造性劳动、反复验证，得到“染料、助剂”的最优组分及配比，使得多种组分综合在一起、相互协调、并产生正向综合效应。
本发明更在上述“染料、助剂”的最优组分及配比基础上，配以与该“染料、助剂”相配套的最优工艺步骤、工艺参数，使得面料的最终染色效果达到最优。

2)再依次投入2.6重量份马来酸、3.2重量份异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、0.8重量份二亚硝基戊四胺、2.9重量份富马酸，继续搅拌，至充分混合均匀，并加热至65℃；
3)将面料浸泡在染缸中35分钟；
4)将浸泡后的面料在80℃烘干；
5)将烘干后的面料浸入清水中漂洗35分钟；
6)取出漂洗后的面料自然晾干。
4.根据权利要求1所述的毛绒面料的染色方法，其特征在于，包括如下步骤：
1)在染缸中依次加入1.2重量份三苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚磺化铵、1.1重量份二烯丙基铵盐、0.8重量份γ-环氧丙基醚基三甲氧基硅烷、1.3重量份六甲氧基甲基三聚氢胺、35重量份植物染料依次投入150重量份去离子水，搅拌均匀，并加热至55℃；
2)再依次投入2.6重量份马来酸、3.2重量份异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、0.8重量份二亚硝基戊四胺、2.9重量份富马酸，继续搅拌，至充分混合均匀，并加热至65℃；
3)将面料浸泡在染缸中35分钟；
4)将浸泡后的面料在80℃烘干；
5)将烘干后的面料浸入清水中漂洗35分钟；
6)取出漂洗后的面料自然晾干。
