本发明公开了一种服装面料的染整工艺，包括如下步骤：1）预处理；2）染色；3）整理：将1～2重量份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、1.4重量份焦磷酸钠、1.1重量份肉桂油、0.9重量份五味子酯依次投入25质量份去离子水中，搅拌均匀；再同时投入1.3重量份檀香粉、0.7重量份磷酸哌嗪、1.3重量份椰子油酰二乙醇胺、0.7重量份羟乙基乙二胺，继续搅拌，至充分混合均匀，制得整理液；再将面料在整理液中浸轧处理，取出后恒温烘干。本发明服装面料的染整工艺，其染整后的面料具有优异的抗菌、防霉、防蛀、阻燃、抗静电性能，且耐洗性强，手感柔软。

本发明涉及服装面料的染整工艺。
背景技术
现有面料的抗菌、防霉、防蛀、阻燃、抗静电、耐洗性能都有待提高，且手感不够柔软。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种服装面料的染整工艺，其染整后的面料具有优异的抗菌、防霉、防蛀、阻燃、抗静电性能，且耐洗性强，手感柔软。
为实现上述目的，本发明的技术方案是设计一种服装面料的染整工艺，包括如下步骤：
1）预处理；
2）染色；
3）整理：将1～2重量份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、1.4重量份焦磷酸钠、1.1重量份肉桂油、0.9重量份五味子酯依次投入25质量份去离子水中，搅拌均匀；再同时投入1.3重量份檀香粉、0.7重量份磷酸哌嗪、1.3重量份椰子油酰二乙醇胺、0.7重量份羟乙基乙二胺，继续搅拌，至充分混合均匀，制得整理液；再将面料在整理液中浸轧处理，取出后恒温烘干。

3）整理：将1～2重量份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、1.4重量份焦磷酸钠、1.1重量份肉桂油、0.9重量份五味子酯依次投入25质量份去离子水中，搅拌均匀；再同时投入1.3重量份檀香粉、0.7重量份磷酸哌嗪、1.3重量份椰子油酰二乙醇胺、0.7重量份羟乙基乙二胺，继续搅拌，至充分混合均匀，制得整理液；再将面料在整理液中浸轧处理，取出后恒温烘干。
