背景技术
现有布料的抗菌、阻燃、防静电性能都有待提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车内饰无纺布,其经过整理工艺处理,具有优异的抗菌、阻燃、防静电性能。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种汽车内饰无纺布,其经过整理工艺处理,该整理工艺包括如下步骤:
1)在11质量份去离子水中投入1~2质量份磷酸二氢铵、1.3质量份2-羟基乙基甲基丙烯酸酯、0.8质量份芦荟大黄苷、1.6质量份琥珀酸十八烷基二酯磺酸钠混合,搅拌均匀;
2)再同时缓慢加入2.1质量份十二烷基三甲基氯化铵、1.3质量份单硬脂酸甘油酯、0.8质量份金刚藤提取物、1.4质量份三乙醇胺单油酸酯,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理剂;
3)将布料在含有整理剂的浸渍液中浸轧处理,恒温烘干。
