本发明公开了一种抗菌混纺纱线,其经过浸轧处理,该浸轧处理包括如下步骤:1)在12.6重量份去离子水中投入1~2重量份脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、1.2重量份聚丙烯酸、2.3重量份山梨酸、0.9重量份氯化钠,搅拌均匀;2)再同时缓慢加入0.9重量份二乙烯基三胺、0.7重量份黄柏提取液、0.6重量份山楂核提取液、0.9重量份十八烷基二甲基羟乙基季铵硝酸盐,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;3)将混纺纱在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。本发明抗菌混纺纱线具有优异的防霉、防蛀、抗菌、阻燃、抗静电性能。

本发明涉及抗菌混纺纱线。
背景技术
现有抗菌混纺纱线的性能单一,不能满足客户的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗菌混纺纱线,其具有优异的防霉、防蛀、抗菌、阻燃、抗静电性能。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种抗菌混纺纱线,其经过浸轧处理,该浸轧处理包括如下步骤:
1)在12.6重量份去离子水中投入1~2重量份脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、1.2重量份聚丙烯酸、2.3重量份山梨酸、0.9重量份氯化钠,搅拌均匀;
2)再同时缓慢加入0.9重量份二乙烯基三胺、0.7重量份黄柏提取液、0.6重量份山楂核提取液、0.9重量份十八烷基二甲基羟乙基季铵硝酸盐,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;
3)将混纺纱在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。
优选的,抗菌混纺纱线,其经过浸轧处理,该浸轧处理包括如下步骤:
