背景技术
现有复合混纺纱的性能单一,不能满足客户的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种复合混纺纱,其具有优异的防霉、防蛀、抗菌、阻燃、抗静电性能。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种复合混纺纱,其经过浸轧处理,该浸轧处理包括如下步骤:
1)在16.2重量份去离子水中投入1~2重量份月桂酸聚氧乙烯酯、1.3重量份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、1.4重量份壳聚糖、0.9重量份二甲基硅油,搅拌均匀;
2)再同时缓慢加入1.1重量份间苯二酚、0.2重量份纳米二氧化钛、0.8重量份吗啉、0.8重量份十八烷基二甲基羟乙基季铵硝酸盐,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;
3)将混纺纱在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。
