本发明公开了一种用于制备超高分子量聚乙烯纤维的方法,包括纤维整理步骤,所述纤维整理包括如下步骤:1)在36质量份去离子水中投入1~2质量份氯化月桂基三甲基铵、3.1质量份金刚藤提取物、2.9质量份羊毛脂聚氧乙烯醚、1.2质量份纳米级氢氧化铝混合,搅拌均匀;2)再同时缓慢加入4.6质量份N-酰基氨基酸盐、1.7质量份刺五加、2.5质量份聚钛酸丁酯、1.4质量份醋酸铝,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;3)将羟乙基纤维素纤维在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。本发明用于制备超高分子量聚乙烯纤维的方法,包括纤维整理步骤,整理后的羟乙基纤维素纤维具有优异的抗菌、阻燃、抗静电性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及用于制备超高分子量聚乙烯纤维的方法。
背景技术
现有羟乙基纤维素纤维的抗菌、阻燃、抗静电性能都有待提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于制备超高分子量聚乙烯纤维的方法,包括纤维整理步骤,整理后的羟乙基纤维素纤维具有优异的抗菌、阻燃、抗静电性能。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种用于制备超高分子量聚乙烯纤维的方法,包括纤维整理步骤,所述纤维整理包括如下步骤:
1)在36质量份去离子水中投入1~2质量份氯化月桂基三甲基铵、3.1质量份金刚藤提取物、2.9质量份羊毛脂聚氧乙烯醚、1.2质量份纳米级氢氧化铝混合,搅拌均匀;
2)再同时缓慢加入4.6质量份N-酰基氨基酸盐、1.7质量份刺五加、2.5质量份聚钛酸丁酯、1.4质量份醋酸铝,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;
3)将羟乙基纤维素纤维在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。

3)将羟乙基纤维素纤维在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。
