现有面料的耐洗、防缩、防霉、防蛀、抗菌、阻燃、抗静电、抗皱、耐磨性能都有待提高,且手感不够柔软。

本发明的目的在于提供一种天鹅绒针织面料的后整理工艺,其整理后的面料具有优异的耐洗、防缩、防霉、防蛀、抗菌、阻燃、抗静电、抗皱、耐磨性能,且手感柔软。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种天鹅绒针织面料的后整理工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)将1~2重量份壳聚糖季铵盐、1.1重量份羟乙基烷基胺、0.5重量份纳米级氢氧化铝、4.1重量份二异氰酸酯、1.3重量份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐依次投入62重量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
2)再依次投入4.2重量份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、1.1重量份月桂酰氨乙基硫酸钠、4.2重量份柠檬酸三乙酯、3.6重量份羟基丁苯树脂、1.1重量份茶皂素,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;
3)再将面料在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。

天鹅绒针织面料的后整理工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)将1重量份壳聚糖季铵盐、1.1重量份羟乙基烷基胺、0.5重量份纳米级氢氧化铝、4.1重量份二异氰酸酯、1.3重量份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐依次投入62重量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
2)再依次投入4.2重量份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、1.1重量份月桂酰氨乙基硫酸钠、4.2重量份柠檬酸三乙酯、3.6重量份羟基丁苯树脂、1.1重量份茶皂素,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;
3)再将面料在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。
实施例3
天鹅绒针织面料的后整理工艺,包括如下步骤:

3)再将面料在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。
经上述各实施例整理后的面料,具有优异的耐洗、防缩、防霉、防蛀、抗菌、阻燃、抗静电、抗皱、耐磨性能,且手感柔软。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (4)
1.天鹅绒针织面料的后整理工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)将1~2重量份壳聚糖季铵盐、1.1重量份羟乙基烷基胺、0.5重量份纳米级氢氧化铝、4.1重量份二异氰酸酯、1.3重量份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐依次投入62重量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
2)再依次投入4.2重量份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、1.1重量份月桂酰氨乙基硫酸钠、4.2重量份柠檬酸三乙酯、3.6重量份羟基丁苯树脂、1.1重量份茶皂素,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;
3)再将面料在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的天鹅绒针织面料的后整理工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
