Abstract
本发明公开了一种拉绒面料的后整理工艺,包括如下步骤:1)将1~2重量份烷基二甲基芳基氯化铵、3.1重量份二硫代氨基甲酸、4.1重量份三(十六碳醇)酯、1.7重量份硬脂酸三乙醇胺酯季铵盐、0.7重量份甲硫酸烷基三甲基铵依次投入51重量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;2)再依次投入3.1重量份羟乙基纤维素、1.2重量份石油磺酸盐、0.7重量份甘露聚糖、4.2重量份聚氧化丙烯二醇、0.4重量份石榴皮粉,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;3)再将面料在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。本发明整理后的面料性能好,且手感柔软。

技术领域
本发明涉及拉绒面料的后整理工艺。
背景技术
现有面料的阻燃、抗静电、防霉、防蛀、抗菌、耐洗、防缩、抗皱、耐磨性能都有待提高,且手感不够柔软。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种拉绒面料的后整理工艺,其整理后的面料具有优异的阻燃、抗静电、防霉、防蛀、抗菌、耐洗、防缩、抗皱、耐磨性能,且手感柔软。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种拉绒面料的后整理工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)将1~2重量份烷基二甲基芳基氯化铵、3.1重量份二硫代氨基甲酸、4.1重量份三(十六碳醇)酯、1.7重量份硬脂酸三乙醇胺酯季铵盐、0.7重量份甲硫酸烷基三甲基铵依次投入51重量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
2)再依次投入3.1重量份羟乙基纤维素、1.2重量份石油磺酸盐、0.7重量份甘露聚糖、4.2重量份聚氧化丙烯二醇、0.4重量份石榴皮粉,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;
3)再将面料在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。
优选的,拉绒面料的后整理工艺,包括如下步骤:

本发明的优点和有益效果在于:提供一种拉绒面料的后整理工艺,其整理后的面料具有优异的阻燃、抗静电、防霉、防蛀、抗菌、耐洗、防缩、抗皱、耐磨性能,且手感柔软。
“整理液”的性能和用途是由其组分及配比所决定的,且“整理液”中的不同组分会相互影响,组分及其配比会决定“整理液”的最终性能,如果组分及其配比不相互协调,单个组分所带来的有益效果,会被其他组分消减甚至消除,严重的时候,不同组分相互抵触,起不到整体综合作用,产生负作用和次品。本发明通过大量创造性劳动、反复验证,得到“整理液”的最优组分及配比,使得多个组分综合在一起、相互协调、并产生正向综合效应。

拉绒面料的后整理工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)将1~2重量份烷基二甲基芳基氯化铵、3.1重量份二硫代氨基甲酸、4.1重量份三(十六碳醇)酯、1.7重量份硬脂酸三乙醇胺酯季铵盐、0.7重量份甲硫酸烷基三甲基铵依次投入51重量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
2)再依次投入3.1重量份羟乙基纤维素、1.2重量份石油磺酸盐、0.7重量份甘露聚糖、4.2重量份聚氧化丙烯二醇、0.4重量份石榴皮粉,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;
3)再将面料在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。
实施例2
拉绒面料的后整理工艺,包括如下步骤:

2)再依次投入3.1重量份羟乙基纤维素、1.2重量份石油磺酸盐、0.7重量份甘露聚糖、4.2重量份聚氧化丙烯二醇、0.4重量份石榴皮粉,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;
3)再将面料在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。
经上述各实施例整理后的面料,具有优异的阻燃、抗静电、防霉、防蛀、抗菌、耐洗、防缩、抗皱、耐磨性能,且手感柔软。

1)将1~2重量份烷基二甲基芳基氯化铵、3.1重量份二硫代氨基甲酸、4.1重量份三(十六碳醇)酯、1.7重量份硬脂酸三乙醇胺酯季铵盐、0.7重量份甲硫酸烷基三甲基铵依次投入51重量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
2)再依次投入3.1重量份羟乙基纤维素、1.2重量份石油磺酸盐、0.7重量份甘露聚糖、4.2重量份聚氧化丙烯二醇、0.4重量份石榴皮粉,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;
3)再将面料在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的拉绒面料的后整理工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)将1重量份烷基二甲基芳基氯化铵、3.1重量份二硫代氨基甲酸、4.1重量份三(十六碳醇)酯、1.7重量份硬脂酸三乙醇胺酯季铵盐、0.7重量份甲硫酸烷基三甲基铵依次投入51重量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
