Abstract
本发明公开了一种涤纶、棉纶丝用油剂、制备方法及其应用,按重量百分比计,由以下组分组成:白油5‑10%,C16‑C18醇1‑3.5%,乳化剂10‑15%,集束剂1‑5%,抗静电剂1‑5%,添加剂1‑5%,余量为去离子水,所述乳化剂选自:失水山梨醇酯、丙二醇脂肪酸酯、乙二醇脂肪酸酯、单硬脂酸甘油酯、失水山梨醇三油酸酯中的一种或多种。使用本发明油剂后的纤维具有良好的平滑性、集束性,纤维成品质量好;油剂的制备过程无需清洗、无需排废料,安全环保,且制备温度只有20‑40℃,节约能源的同时降低了生产成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种纺丝用助剂,具体涉及一种涤纶、棉纶丝用油剂、制备方法及其应用。
背景技术
油剂是在化学纤维的纺丝、牵伸及后处理过程中,喷附在纤维表面上的化学助剂,用以提高纤维的平滑、集束和抗静电性能,改善纤维的牵伸、卷曲、卷绕及纺织加工性能,避免生产过程中出现的毛丝、断头现象,确保生产工艺的顺利进行。油剂是涤纶等纺丝过程中必不可少的加工助剂。
良好的油剂要求具有质量稳定、不腐蚀设备、对人体无害等优点,现有技术中油剂制备过程仍需较高温度(大于40℃),且油剂质量有待提高。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种涤纶、棉纶丝用油剂、制备方法及其应用,该油剂性质稳定,安全无害,能使纤维获得较好的平滑性、集束性,且制备过程节省能源,成本较低。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种涤纶、棉纶丝用油剂,其特征在于,按重量百分比计,由以下组分组成:
白油5-10%,C16-C18醇1-3.5%,乳化剂10-15%,集束剂1-5%,抗静电剂1-5%,添加剂1-5%,余量为去离子水,所述乳化剂选自:失水山梨醇酯、丙二醇脂肪酸酯、乙二醇脂肪酸酯、单硬脂酸甘油酯、失水山梨醇三油酸酯中的一种或多种。
优选地,按重量百分比计,由以下组分组成:
白油7.2%,C16-C18醇2.3%,乳化剂12.1%,集束剂1.5%,抗静电剂3.5%,添加剂3%,余量为去离子水,所述乳化剂为失水山梨醇酯何丙二醇脂肪酸酯的混合物。
优选地,所述集束剂为饱和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
优选地,所述抗静电剂选自脂肪醇磷酸酯钾盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯钾盐、十八醇磷酸酯钾盐、十六醇磷酸酯钾盐中的一种或多种混合物。
优选地,所述添加剂包括防腐剂。
制备上述一种涤纶、棉纶丝用油剂的方法,包括步骤:
(1)按比例称取白油、C16-C18醇、乳化剂、集束剂、抗静电剂,并在反应釜中依次加入乳化剂、集束剂和抗静电剂,搅拌10-30min后,边搅拌边加入白油和C16-C18醇,在20-40℃温度下继续搅拌30-60min,搅拌速度为400-500r/min,得混合油,
(2)在去离子水中边搅拌边加入添加剂,搅拌5-20min后,再边搅拌边加入混合油。
以上所述的油剂在涤纶、棉纶加工中的应用。
本发明所达到的有益效果:
使用本发明油剂后的纤维具有良好的平滑性、集束性,纤维成品质量好;
油剂的制备过程无需清洗、无需排废料,安全环保,且制备温度只有20-40℃,节约能源的同时降低了生产成本。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
(1)按重量百分比计,准确称取白油5%、C16-C18醇1%、失水山梨醇酯乳化剂10%、集束剂10%、抗静电剂2%,防腐剂1%,余量为水,然后在反应釜中依次加入乳化剂、集束剂和抗静电剂,搅拌10min后,边搅拌边加入白油和C16-C18醇,在35℃温度下继续搅拌30min,搅拌速度为400r/min,得混合油,
(2)在去离子水中边搅拌边加入防腐剂,搅拌10min后,再边搅拌边加入混合油,混合油添加完后继续在20-30℃条件下搅拌20min,得产品。
实施例2
(1)按重量百分比计,准确称取白油10%、C16-C18醇3.5%、乙二醇脂肪酸酯乳化剂15%、集束剂5%、抗静电剂5%,防腐剂5%,余量为去离子水,并在反应釜中依次加入乳化剂、集束剂和抗静电剂,搅拌10min后,边搅拌边加入白油和C16-C18醇,在28℃温度下继续搅拌35min,搅拌速度为400r/min,得混合油,
(2)在去离子水中边搅拌边加入防腐剂,搅拌10min后,再边搅拌边加入混合油,混合油添加完后继续在20-30℃条件下搅拌20min,得产品。
实施例3
(1)按重量百分比计,准确称取白油8%、C16-C18醇1%、乙二醇脂肪酸酯乳化剂10%、集束剂1%、抗静电剂1%,防腐剂1%,余量为去离子水,并在反应釜中依次加入乳化剂、集束剂和抗静电剂,搅拌10min后,边搅拌边加入白油和C16-C18醇,在35℃温度下继续搅拌30min,搅拌速度为450r/min,得混合油,
(2)在去离子水中边搅拌边加入防腐剂,搅拌10min后,再边搅拌边加入混合油,混合油添加完后继续在20-30℃条件下搅拌20min,得产品。
产品性能及使用效果:
实施例1-3中混合油外观呈淡黄色或黄色透明液体,PH值6.0-8.0,加入去离子水后形成的最终产品性能:在25℃的室温中72h后,仍透明,无变化,升温至85℃时,20h后不破乳不挂壁;使用该油剂纺纤时均未出现毛丝,纤维具有良好的平滑性、集束性,且泡沫少,上油故障小。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变形,这些改进和变形也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (7)
1.一种涤纶、棉纶丝用油剂,其特征在于,按重量百分比计,由以下组分组成:
白油5-10%,C16-C18醇1-3.5%,乳化剂10-15%,集束剂1-5%,抗静电剂1-5%,添加剂1-5%,余量为去离子水,所述乳化剂选自:失水山梨醇酯、丙二醇脂肪酸酯、乙二醇脂肪酸酯、单硬脂酸甘油酯、失水山梨醇三油酸酯中的一种或多种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤纶、棉纶丝用油剂,其特征在于,按重量百分比计,由以下组分组成:
白油7.2%,C16-C18醇2.3%,乳化剂12.1%,集束剂1.5%,抗静电剂3.5%,添加剂3%,余量为去离子水,所述乳化剂为失水山梨醇酯何丙二醇脂肪酸酯的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤纶、棉纶丝用油剂,其特征在于,所述集束剂为饱和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤纶、棉纶丝用油剂,其特征在于,所述抗静电剂选自脂肪醇磷酸酯钾盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯钾盐、十八醇磷酸酯钾盐、十六醇磷酸酯钾盐中的一种或多种混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤纶、棉纶丝用油剂,其特征在于,所述添加剂包括防腐剂。
6.制备权利要求1-5任一项所述的一种涤纶、棉纶丝用油剂的方法,其特征在于,包括步骤:
(1)按比例称取白油、C16-C18醇、乳化剂、集束剂、抗静电剂,并在反应釜中依次加入乳化剂、集束剂和抗静电剂,搅拌10-30min后,边搅拌边加入白油和C16-C18醇,在20-40℃温度下继续搅拌30-60min,搅拌速度为400-500r/min,得混合油,
(2)在去离子水中边搅拌边加入添加剂,搅拌5-20min后,再边搅拌边加入混合油。
7.权利要求1-6任一项权利要求所述的油剂在涤纶、棉纶加工中的应用。
