背景技术
洗衣是生活中再平淡不过的事情。用于衣物洗涤的产品中,洗衣液以其性能温和、使用便捷等优点,已逐渐成为市场的主流、消费者的首选品类。经过多年发展,欧美日等发达国家洗衣液已经实现了浓缩化,浓缩产品比例达到80%以上,而国内洗衣液市场依然以普通洗衣液为主。相比普通型产品,浓缩洗衣液在生产、储运和使用过程中更加低碳、环保,符合可持续发展的理念,有助于实现行业碳中和目标。
目前,带有除菌功能的洗衣液主要是通过添加一些抗菌剂来达到清除、杀灭细菌、祛除异味的目的,但现在普遍使用的抗菌剂多为一些有机物,如三氯生、三氯卡班、苯酚类、卤素类等,其在洗衣液配方中要么配伍性不好,要么使用过程以及用后排放会对环境、水生生物乃至人体带来伤害,美国食品药品监督管理局(FDA)已经禁止三氯生、三氯卡班等在日化产品中的应用,对上述其他几类抗菌剂也做出了风险警示。

为实现洗衣液持续除菌、除味、防霉,且对环境和人体安全友好目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种浓缩型光解洗衣液,包括以下质量百分比的组分组成:去污清洗剂12%-18%、去油乳化剂5%-14%、泡沫控制剂0.5%-1.5%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱3%-6%、光催化剂0.1%-1%、悬浮分散剂1%-5%、污垢抗再沉积剂0.3%-1%、植物除螨剂0.1%-0.5%、液体蛋白纤维素复合酶0.3%-1%、氢氧化钠0.05%-0.2%、氯化钠1.5%-2.5%、防腐剂0.1%-0.3%、香精0.2%-0.4%,余量为去离子水。

一种浓缩型光解洗衣液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、用软化水处理设备,制备去离子水,在烧杯中加入去离子水,并根据烧杯中去离子水的质量,按比例称取其他组分;
S2、向S1中的烧杯中加入氢氧化钠搅拌溶解均匀,并升温至70-80℃,加入椰油脂肪酸,搅拌至完全均匀分散;
S3、将S2中的复配物温度降至60-70℃,随后加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,搅拌至完全溶解;
S4、向S3中的复配物中先后加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,搅拌至完全分散均匀;
S5、待S4中的复配物温度降至45℃以下,加入悬浮分散剂,搅拌15min,然后加入光催化剂、污垢抗再沉积剂、液体蛋白纤维素复合酶,继续搅拌15-20min,再加入植物除螨剂、防腐剂、香精、氯化钠,搅拌20-25min,静置消泡30-35min,得到浓缩型光解洗衣液。
进一步的,所述步骤S5中的浓缩型光解洗衣液置于储料罐中静置6-7h后可进行灌装。
(三)有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种浓缩型光解洗衣液及其制备方法,具备以下有益效果:
1、该浓缩型光解洗衣液,利用天然无机光催化材料强大的光催化性能,配伍性好,且无机物材料在清洗衣物后,排放的污水不会污染环境,产品在使用过程中可有效去除细菌、异味、防止霉菌滋生,达到安全除菌、除异味、防霉的目的,且抑菌时效长久;
2、该浓缩型光解洗衣液的制备方法,通过利用首创的天然光解材料分散技术,制备方法简单易操作,易于工业化,提高生产效益,且制备的浓缩型光解洗衣液在可见光的条件下,实现持续除菌、除味、防霉,对环境和人体安全友好。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例一
一种浓缩型光解洗衣液,包括以下质量百分比的组分组成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠12%、按比例混合的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-7)、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-9)和异构醇聚氧乙烯醚16%、椰油脂肪酸0.5%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱3%、光催化剂0.1%、悬浮分散剂1%、污垢抗再沉积剂0.3%、植物除螨剂0.1%、液体蛋白纤维素复合酶0.3%、氢氧化钠0.1%、氯化钠2.5%、防腐剂0.1%、香精0.35%,余量为去离子水。
上述浓缩型光解洗衣液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、用软化水处理设备,制备去离子水,并加入到烧杯中,并根据烧杯中去离子水的质量,按比例称取其他组分;
S2、向S1中的烧杯中加入氢氧化钠搅拌溶解均匀,并升温至70℃,加入椰油脂肪酸,搅拌至完全均匀分散;
S3、将S2中的复配物温度降至60℃,随后加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,搅拌至完全溶解;
S4、向S3中的复配物中先后加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,搅拌至完全分散均匀;
S5、待S4中的复配物温度降至45℃以下,加入悬浮分散剂,搅拌15min,然后加入光催化剂、污垢抗再沉积剂、液体蛋白纤维素复合酶,继续搅拌15min,再加入植物除螨剂、防腐剂、香精、氯化钠,搅拌20min,静置消泡30min,得到浓缩型光解洗衣液。
实施例二
一种浓缩型光解洗衣液,包括以下质量百分比的组分组成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠15%、按比例混合的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-7)、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-9)和异构醇聚氧乙烯醚14%、椰油脂肪酸1%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱4%、光催化剂0.2%、悬浮分散剂1.5%、污垢抗再沉积剂0.6%、植物除螨剂0.2%、液体蛋白纤维素复合酶0.6%、氢氧化钠0.15%、氯化钠2%、防腐剂0.1%、香精0.35%,余量为去离子水。
上述浓缩型光解洗衣液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、用软化水处理设备,制备去离子水,并加入到烧杯中,并根据烧杯中去离子水的质量,按比例称取其他组分;
S2、向S1中的烧杯中加入氢氧化钠搅拌溶解均匀,并升温至75℃,加入椰油脂肪酸,搅拌至完全均匀分散;
S3、将S2中的复配物温度降至65℃,随后加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,搅拌至完全溶解;
S4、向S3中的复配物中先后加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,搅拌至完全分散均匀;
S5、待S4中的复配物温度降至45℃以下,加入悬浮分散剂,搅拌15min,然后加入光催化剂、污垢抗再沉积剂、液体蛋白纤维素复合酶,继续搅拌20min,再加入植物除螨剂、防腐剂、香精、氯化钠,搅拌25min,静置消泡30min,得到浓缩型光解洗衣液
实施例三
一种浓缩型光解洗衣液,包括以下质量百分比的组分组成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠17%、按比例混合的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-7)、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-9)和异构醇聚氧乙烯醚13%、椰油脂肪酸1.3%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱5%、光催化剂0.2%、悬浮分散剂2%、污垢抗再沉积剂0.9%、植物除螨剂0.4%、液体蛋白纤维素复合酶0.8%、氢氧化钠0.18%、氯化钠2.2%、防腐剂0.1%、香精0.35%,余量为去离子水。
上述浓缩型光解洗衣液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、用软化水处理设备,制备去离子水,并加入到烧杯中,并根据烧杯中去离子水的质量,按比例称取其他组分;
S2、向S1中的烧杯中加入氢氧化钠搅拌溶解均匀,并升温至70-80℃,加入椰油脂肪酸,搅拌至完全均匀分散;
S3、将S2中的复配物温度降至65℃,随后加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,搅拌至完全溶解;
S4、向S3中的复配物中先后加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,搅拌至完全分散均匀;
S5、待S4中的复配物温度降至45℃以下,加入悬浮分散剂,搅拌15min,然后加入光催化剂、污垢抗再沉积剂、液体蛋白纤维素复合酶,继续搅拌18min,再加入植物除螨剂、防腐剂、香精、氯化钠,搅拌20min,静置消泡32min,得到浓缩型光解洗衣液。
实施例四
一种浓缩型光解洗衣液,包括以下质量百分比的组分组成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠18%、按比例混合的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-7)、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-9)和异构醇聚氧乙烯醚12%、椰油脂肪酸1.5%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱6%、光催化剂0.2%、悬浮分散剂2%、污垢抗再沉积剂0.8%、植物除螨剂0.3%、液体蛋白纤维素复合酶0.7%、氢氧化钠0.2%、氯化钠1.6%、防腐剂0.1%、香精0.35%,余量为去离子水。
上述浓缩型光解洗衣液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、用软化水处理设备,制备去离子水,并加入到烧杯中,并根据烧杯中去离子水的质量,按比例称取其他组分;
S2、向S1中的烧杯中加入氢氧化钠搅拌溶解均匀,并升温至80℃,加入椰油脂肪酸,搅拌至完全均匀分散;
S3、将S2中的复配物温度降至70℃,随后加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,搅拌至完全溶解;
S4、向S3中的复配物中先后加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,搅拌至完全分散均匀;
S5、待S4中的复配物温度降至45℃以下,加入悬浮分散剂,搅拌15min,然后加入光催化剂、污垢抗再沉积剂、液体蛋白纤维素复合酶,继续搅拌15-20min,再加入植物除螨剂、防腐剂、香精、氯化钠,搅拌25min,静置消泡35min,得到浓缩型光解洗衣液。
经过对比,实施例二性价比更高,更具有商业化价值。
将实施例二中制备的浓缩型光解洗衣液,通过模拟实际洗涤条件,检测试验样品对染菌织物上测试菌的去除率,评价产品的除菌效果。结果如下:

通过上述结果可以看出,浓缩型光解洗衣液除菌效果明显。
经过测试,实施例二中制备的浓缩型光解洗衣液对以烟味、火锅味为代表的异味去除效果评分均达到0级(0-5为去除异味效果依次递减),显示出优异的除味效果。具体如下:

经过测试,实施例二中制备的浓缩型光解洗衣液对霉菌的生长也有良好的抑制作用。通过模拟实际洗涤条件,将洗涤处理后的毛巾置于PDA培养基表面,并喷洒1ml孢子浓度为1.2X106CFU/ml混合霉菌,28℃、RH90%下培养7天。具体结果如下:

Claims (7)
1.一种浓缩型光解洗衣液,其特征在于,包括以下质量百分比的组分组成:去污清洗剂12%-18%、去油乳化剂5%-14%、泡沫控制剂0.5%-1.5%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱3%-6%、光催化剂0.1%-1%、悬浮分散剂1%-5%、污垢抗再沉积剂0.3%-1%、植物除螨剂0.1%-0.5%、液体蛋白纤维素复合酶0.3%-1%、氢氧化钠0.05%-0.2%、氯化钠1.5%-2.5%、防腐剂0.1%-0.3%、香精0.2%-0.4%,余量为去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种浓缩型光解洗衣液,其特征在于,包括以下质量百分比的组分组成:去污清洗剂15%、去油乳化剂14%、泡沫控制剂1%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱4%、光催化剂0.2%、悬浮分散剂1.5%、污垢抗再沉积剂0.6%、植物除螨剂0.2%、液体蛋白纤维素复合酶0.6%、氢氧化钠0.15%、氯化钠2%、防腐剂0.1%、香精0.35%,余量为去离子水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种浓缩型光解洗衣液,其特征在于,所述去污清洗剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种浓缩型光解洗衣液,其特征在于,所述去油乳化剂为按8:6体积比混合的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种浓缩型光解洗衣液,其特征在于,所述泡沫控制剂为椰油脂肪酸。
6.一种权利要求1所述的浓缩型光解洗衣液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、用软化水处理设备,制备去离子水,在烧杯中加入去离子水,并根据烧杯中去离子水的质量,按比例称取其他组分;
S2、向S1中的烧杯中加入氢氧化钠搅拌溶解均匀,并升温至70-80℃,加入椰油脂肪酸,搅拌至完全均匀分散;
S3、将S2中的复配物温度降至60-70℃,随后加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,搅拌至完全溶解;
S4、向S3中的复配物中先后加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,搅拌至完全分散均匀;
S5、待S4中的复配物温度降至45℃以下,加入悬浮分散剂,搅拌15min,然后加入光催化剂、污垢抗再沉积剂、液体蛋白纤维素复合酶,继续搅拌15-20min,再加入植物除螨剂、防腐剂、香精、氯化钠,搅拌20-25min,静置消泡30-35min,得到浓缩型光解洗衣液。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种浓缩型光解洗衣液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S5中的浓缩型光解洗衣液置于储料罐中静置6-7h后可进行灌装。
