本发明公开了一种涤纶纺丝用油剂,按重量份数计,包括以下组分:平滑剂35‑50份,抗静电剂1‑10份,表面活性剂10‑20份,消泡剂0.5‑2份,去离子水5‑10份,所述平滑剂为矿物油和植物油的混合物,所述抗静电剂为钾盐类或季铵盐类抗静电剂,所述表面活性剂为非离子表面活性剂,所述消泡剂为有机硅氧烷。该油剂稳定性好,安全环保,且提高了涤纶纤维质量,平滑性、集束性好,无毛丝和断头现象产生。

涤纶纺丝用油剂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种化学纤维油剂,具体涉及一种涤纶纺丝用油剂。
背景技术
涤纶纺丝用油剂是涤纶纺牵一步法纺丝过程中必需的一种助剂,其作用是使纤维具有良好的平滑性、集束性、抗静电性,满足纤维加工的要求。目前我国大部分涤纶纺丝用油剂依靠进口,价格较高,对于目前赢利能力较差的化纤行业造成一定的成本负担。而国内自主研制的涤纶纺丝用油剂进口油剂相比存在质量不稳定、后加工性能较差的缺点。
良好的油剂要求具有质量稳定、不腐蚀设备、对人体无害等优点。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种涤纶纺丝用油剂,该油剂稳定性好,安全环保,且提高了涤纶纤维质量,平滑性、集束性好,无毛丝和断头现象产生。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种涤纶纺丝用油剂,按重量份数计,包括以下组分:
平滑剂35-50份,抗静电剂1-10份,表面活性剂10-20份,消泡剂0.5-2份,去离子水5-10份,所述平滑剂为矿物油和植物油的混合物,所述抗静电剂为钾盐类或季铵盐类抗静电剂,所述表面活性剂为非离子表面活性剂,所述消泡剂为有机硅氧烷。
优选的,平滑剂中矿物油为食品级白油,所述植物油选自棕榈油、大豆油、菜籽油、棉籽油、玉米油、米糠油、向日葵油、花生油、蓖麻油、芝麻油、花椒籽油、茶油、椰子油、橄榄油、黄连木油、榈油、松脂油中的一种或多种的混合物。
优选的,平滑剂中矿物油与植物油的重量比为1:2-1:5。
优选的,所述矿物油在40℃的运动粘度为2-20mm2/s ,进一步优选的,矿物油在40℃的运动粘度为2-10mm2/s。
优选的,所述植物油为C12 ~ C20 的甘油三酯或三脂肪酸类物质。C12或C20指含有12个或20个碳原子。
优选的,所述表面活性剂为油醇聚氧乙烯醚。
优选的,所述抗静电剂为脂肪醇磷酸酯钾盐或两性磷酸酯铵盐。
优选的,所述脂肪醇磷酸酯钾盐为C12 ~C18饱和脂肪醇磷酸酯钾盐。 C12或C18指含有12个或含有18个碳原子。
本发明所达到的有益效果:
本发明的油剂安全无毒,环境友好,制作成本较低;油剂稳定性好,用于涤纶纺丝工艺中时,可纺性好,无异常断头或毛丝,上油均匀,同等工艺条件下提高了产品质量。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
(1)按重量份数计,称取平滑剂50份,抗静电剂8份,表面活性剂18份,消泡剂1.2份,去离子水8份,并于70℃下向反应釜中依次加入平滑剂、抗静电剂、表面活性剂、消泡剂和去离子水,搅拌45min,得涤纶纺丝用油剂;
(2)30℃下,在去离子水中加入防腐剂等添加剂,搅拌均匀后,边搅拌边加入上述混合油,得稀释后可直接使用的产品。
上述平滑剂为质量比为1:2的食品级白油和植物油的混合物,其中白油在40℃的运动粘度为7.89mm2/s,植物油C12 ~ C20 的甘油三酯类植物油,抗静电剂为C12-C18饱和脂肪醇磷酸酯钾盐,表面活性剂为油醇聚氧乙烯醚。
实施例2
(1)按重量份数计,称取平滑剂35份,抗静电剂3份,表面活性剂10份,消泡剂0.5份,去离子水5份,并于80℃下向反应釜中依次加入平滑剂、抗静电剂、表面活性剂、消泡剂和去离子水,搅拌45min,得涤纶纺丝用油剂;
(2)30℃下,在去离子水中加入防腐剂等添加剂,搅拌均匀后,边搅拌边加入上述涤纶纺丝用油剂,得稀释后可直接使用的产品。
上述平滑剂为质量比为1:5的食品级白油和植物油的混合物,其中白油在40℃的运动粘度为2.37mm2/s,植物油C12 ~ C20 的甘油三酯类植物油,抗静电剂为磷酸单-2-(N-羟乙基-N十二烷基)氨基乙酯二钾盐,表面活性剂为油醇聚氧乙烯醚。
实施例3
(1)按重量份数计,称取平滑剂45份,抗静电剂2份,表面活性剂10份,消泡剂1.8份,去离子水10份,并于80℃下向反应釜中依次加入平滑剂、抗静电剂、表面活性剂、消泡剂和去离子水,搅拌60min,得涤纶纺丝用油剂;
(2)35℃下,在去离子水中加入防腐剂等添加剂,搅拌均匀后,边搅拌边加入上述涤纶纺丝用油剂,得稀释后可直接使用的产品。
上述平滑剂为质量比为1:5的食品级白油和植物油的混合物,其中白油在40℃的运动粘度为9.12mm2/s,植物油C12 ~ C20 的三脂肪酸类植物油,抗静电剂为C12-C18饱和脂肪醇磷酸酯钾盐,表面活性剂为油醇聚氧乙烯醚。
对比例1
(1)按重量份数计,称取平滑剂50份,抗静电剂8份,表面活性剂18份,消泡剂1.2份,去离子水8份,并于70℃下向反应釜中依次加入平滑剂、抗静电剂、表面活性剂、消泡剂和去离子水,搅拌45min,得涤纶纺丝用油剂;
(2)30℃下,在去离子水中加入防腐剂等添加剂,搅拌均匀后,边搅拌边加入上述涤纶纺丝用油剂,得稀释后可直接使用的产品。
上述平滑剂为植物油,或植物油与动物油脂的混合物,抗静电剂为C12-C18饱和脂肪醇磷酸酯钾盐,表面活性剂为油醇聚氧乙烯醚。
对比例2
(1)按重量份数计,称取平滑剂50份,抗静电剂8份,表面活性剂18份,消泡剂1.2份,去离子水8份,并于70℃下向反应釜中依次加入平滑剂、抗静电剂、表面活性剂、消泡剂和去离子水,搅拌45min,得涤纶纺丝用油剂;
(2)30℃下,在去离子水中加入防腐剂等添加剂,搅拌均匀后,边搅拌边加入上述涤纶纺丝用油剂,得稀释后可直接使用的产品。
上述平滑剂为白油或其他精制矿物油,抗静电剂为C12-C18饱和脂肪醇磷酸酯钾盐,表面活性剂为油醇聚氧乙烯醚。
产品性能及使用效果:
实施例1-3和对比例1-2中涤纶纺丝用油剂外观呈淡黄色或黄色透明液体,PH值6.0-8.0,稀释后得到的可直接使用的产品性能:在25℃的室温中72h后,仍透明,无变化,未破乳,升温至85℃时,20h后不破乳不挂壁;使用该油剂纺纤时均未出现毛丝,纤维具有良好的平滑性、集束性。对比例中产品在25℃的室温中72h后,仍透明,无变化,未破乳,升温至85℃时,2h后就破乳挂壁。
将实施例1-3中涤纶纺丝用油剂与去离子水配成50%的乳液,在25℃的室温中20h后,仍透明,无变化,40℃,2h后未破乳,将对比例1-2中涤纶纺丝用油剂与去离子水配成50%的乳液发现,在25℃的室温中12h后,仍透明,无变化,未破乳,18h后,乳液分层,破乳挂壁。由此可见,本配方中选用的平滑剂能提高油剂的稳定性。
可纺性和平滑性,实施例1-3中可纺性、平滑性优于实施例1-2,且实施例1-3与对比例1-2相比上油更均匀,无毛丝、断头现象。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变形,这些改进和变形也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (8)

1.一种涤纶纺丝用油剂,其特征在于,按重量份数计,包括以下组分:
平滑剂35-50份,抗静电剂1-10份,表面活性剂10-20份,消泡剂0.5-2份,去离子水5-10份,所述平滑剂为矿物油和植物油的混合物,所述抗静电剂为钾盐类或季铵盐类抗静电剂,所述表面活性剂为非离子表面活性剂,所述消泡剂为有机硅氧烷。
2.根据权利要求1所述的涤纶纺丝用油剂,其特征在于,平滑剂中矿物油为食品级白油,所述植物油选自棕榈油、大豆油、菜籽油、棉籽油、玉米油、米糠油、向日葵油、花生油、蓖麻油、芝麻油、花椒籽油、茶油、椰子油、橄榄油、黄连木油、榈油、松脂油中的一种或多种的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的涤纶纺丝用油剂,其特征在于,平滑剂中矿物油与植物油的重量比为1:2-1:5。
4.根据权利要求3所述的涤纶纺丝用油剂,其特征在于,所述矿物油在40℃的运动粘度为2-20mm2/s 。
5.根据权利要求4所述的涤纶纺丝用油剂,其特征在于,所述植物油为C12 ~ C20 的甘油三酯或三脂肪酸类物质。
6.根据权利要求1或5所述的涤纶纺丝用油剂,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为油醇聚氧乙烯醚。
7.根据权利要求6所述的涤纶纺丝用油剂,其特征在于,所述抗静电剂为脂肪醇磷酸酯钾盐或两性磷酸酯铵盐。
8.根据权利要求7所述的涤纶纺丝用油剂,其特征在于,所述脂肪醇磷酸酯钾盐为C12-C18饱和脂肪醇磷酸酯钾盐。
