本发明公开了一种电线铜丝加工用的拉丝油及其制备方法,所述制备方法包括将聚甘油脂肪酸酯、磷酸三乙脂、环氧亚麻油、甘油、水、乳化剂和防锈剂加热搅拌混合,得到所述拉丝油,解决了普通的拉丝油,其防锈能力不足,使得加工后的铜丝易生锈的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及电线生产领域,特别涉及一种电线铜丝加工用的拉丝油及其制备方法。
背景技术
在电线铜丝的加工工艺中往往会用到拉丝油,拉丝油由高档合成油和精制油混合而成,其中需要添加多种助剂,如乳化剂、防锈缓蚀剂防氧防霉剂等,拉丝油有很多优点,如润滑性能强、抗磨性能强,冷却性能强、清洗性能强等,但是普通的拉丝油,其防锈能力不足,使得加工后的铜丝易生锈。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种电线铜丝加工用的拉丝油及其制备方法,解决了普通的拉丝油,其防锈能力不足,使得加工后的铜丝易生锈的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供以下的技术方案:一种电线铜丝加工用的拉丝油,所述拉丝油的组分包括:聚甘油脂肪酸酯、磷酸三乙脂、环氧亚麻油、甘油、水、乳化剂和防锈剂。
优选的,相对于100重量份的聚甘油脂肪酸酯,所述磷酸三乙脂的用量为20-50重量份,所述环氧亚麻油的用量为10-25重量份,所述甘油的用量为1-10重量份,所述水的用量为10-20重量份,所述乳化剂的用量为2-8重量份,所述防锈剂的用量为2-12重量份。
优选的,所述乳化剂为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚聚氧丙烯醚、苯乙基酚聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚和壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述防锈剂的组分包括:柠檬酸钠、亚硫酸钠、磷酸和硫酸锌。
本发明还提供了一种电线铜丝加工用的拉丝油的制备方法,所述制备方法包括将聚甘油脂肪酸酯、磷酸三乙脂、环氧亚麻油、甘油、水、乳化剂和防锈剂加热搅拌混合,得到所述拉丝油;其中,相对于100重量份的聚甘油脂肪酸酯,所述磷酸三乙脂的用量为20-50重量份,所述环氧亚麻油的用量为10-25重量份,所述甘油的用量为1-10重量份,所述水的用量为10-20重量份,所述乳化剂的用量为2-8重量份,所述防锈剂的用量为2-12重量份。
优选的,所述乳化剂为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚聚氧丙烯醚、苯乙基酚聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚和壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述防锈剂的组分包括:柠檬酸钠、亚硫酸钠、磷酸和硫酸锌。
优选的,所述加热温度为45-50℃。
有益效果:本发明提供了一种电线铜丝加工用的拉丝油及其制备方法,所述制备方法包括将聚甘油脂肪酸酯、磷酸三乙脂、环氧亚麻油、甘油、水、乳化剂和防锈剂加热搅拌混合,得到所述拉丝油,通过各原料之间的协同作用,使得制得的拉丝油具有很强的清洗能力和防锈能力,同时用于制备该拉丝油的方法简单、原料易得。
具体实施方式
下面详细说明本发明的优选实施方式。
实施例1
将100g聚甘油脂肪酸酯、20g磷酸三乙脂、10g环氧亚麻油、1g甘油、10g水、2g乳化剂和2g防锈剂加热(加热温度为45℃)搅拌混合,得到所述拉丝油A1。
实施例2
将100g聚甘油脂肪酸酯、50g磷酸三乙脂、25g环氧亚麻油、10g甘油、20g水、8g乳化剂和12g防锈剂加热(加热温度为50℃)搅拌混合,得到所述拉丝油A2。
实施例3
将100g聚甘油脂肪酸酯、35g磷酸三乙脂、20g环氧亚麻油、5g甘油、15g水、5g乳化剂和8g防锈剂加热(加热温度为48℃)搅拌混合,得到所述拉丝油A3。
对比例1
将100g聚甘油脂肪酸酯、10g磷酸三乙脂、5g环氧亚麻油、0.5g甘油、5g水、1g乳化剂和1g防锈剂加热(加热温度为45℃)搅拌混合,得到所述拉丝油D1。
对比例2
将100g聚甘油脂肪酸酯、60g磷酸三乙脂、30g环氧亚麻油、16g甘油、25g水、12g乳化剂和15g防锈剂加热(加热温度为50℃)搅拌混合,得到所述拉丝油D2。
测试例1
将制得的拉丝油A1-A3、D1和D2分别用于铜丝的拉丝工艺,将加工后的铜丝置于湿度为80%的环境下24h,观察铜丝的生锈情况。

1.一种电线铜丝加工用的拉丝油,其特征在于,所述拉丝油的组分包括:聚甘油脂肪酸酯、磷酸三乙脂、环氧亚麻油、甘油、水、乳化剂和防锈剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的拉丝油,其特征在于,相对于100重量份的聚甘油脂肪酸酯,所述磷酸三乙脂的用量为20-50重量份,所述环氧亚麻油的用量为10-25重量份,所述甘油的用量为1-10重量份,所述水的用量为10-20重量份,所述乳化剂的用量为2-8重量份,所述防锈剂的用量为2-12重量份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的拉丝油,其特征在于,所述乳化剂为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚聚氧丙烯醚、苯乙基酚聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚和壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的拉丝油,其特征在于,所述防锈剂的组分包括:柠檬酸钠、亚硫酸钠、磷酸和硫酸锌。
5.一种电线铜丝加工用的拉丝油的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括将聚甘油脂肪酸酯、磷酸三乙脂、环氧亚麻油、甘油、水、乳化剂和防锈剂加热搅拌混合,得到所述拉丝油;其中,相对于100重量份的聚甘油脂肪酸酯,所述磷酸三乙脂的用量为20-50重量份,所述环氧亚麻油的用量为10-25重量份,所述甘油的用量为1-10重量份,所述水的用量为10-20重量份,所述乳化剂的用量为2-8重量份,所述防锈剂的用量为2-12重量份。
