为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种摇粒绒面料的后整理工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)将1~2重量份白鲜皮提取液、2.6重量份氯溴代烷基磷酸酯、1.9重量份六溴环十二烷、0.8重量份聚乙烯蜡、1.9重量份正丁基萘磺酸钠依次投入49重量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;

4.根据权利要求1所述的摇粒绒面料的后整理工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)将1.2重量份白鲜皮提取液、2.6重量份氯溴代烷基磷酸酯、1.9重量份六溴环十二烷、0.8重量份聚乙烯蜡、1.9重量份正丁基萘磺酸钠依次投入49重量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
2)再依次投入2.1重量份聚丙烯酸、2.9重量份嵌段聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯醚、1.7重量份乙氧基氨丙基聚二甲基硅氧烷、2.7重量份2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮、1.1重量份琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;
3)再将面料在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。
