为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种珊瑚绒面料的后整理工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)将1~2重量份纳米氧化锌、3.1重量份聚(α-烷基脂肪烯砜)类化合物、1.4重量份磷酸氢二铵、2.3重量份聚二甲基硅氧烷二季胺盐、1.1重量份脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚依次投入45重量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;

1)将1重量份纳米氧化锌、3.1重量份聚(α-烷基脂肪烯砜)类化合物、1.4重量份磷酸氢二铵、2.3重量份聚二甲基硅氧烷二季胺盐、1.1重量份脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚依次投入45重量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
2)再依次投入2.6重量份乙二醇、0.9重量份醇乙氧化物羧酸盐、1.9重量份柠檬酸、2.9重量份二苯醚四酸二酐、0.7重量份海藻酸钠,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;
3)再将面料在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。
