本发明涉及纺织染料助剂技术领域,具体涉及一种腈纶阻染剂及其制备方法,包括质量百分比组成为:5.0‑10.0%的乳化剂;30.0‑60.0%的脂肪胺类;8.0‑12.0%的无机酸;3.0‑5.0%的尿素和余量水。制备时,将配方中的乳化剂、脂肪胺类依次加入反应釜,开搅拌转速300rpm,加入配方中总水量的50%,再加入无机酸、尿素搅拌;系统缓慢升温到70‑80℃后,保温反应3小时,然后降温到50℃,称取配方中余量水加入反应釜中搅拌20分钟;完成后静置,过滤出料。本发明产品环保、对人体无毒副作用,成本低廉,阻染效果极佳,适合推广应用。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织染料助剂技术领域,具体涉及一种腈纶阻染剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
腈纶具有柔软、膨松、易染、色泽鲜艳、耐光、抗菌、不怕虫蛀等优点,保暖性比羊毛高15%左右。腈纶纯纺织物采用100%的腈纶纤维制成,100%毛型腈纶纤维加工的精纺腈纶女式呢,具有松结构特征,其色泽艳丽,手感柔软有弹性,质地不松不烂,适合制作中低档女用服装。而采用100%的腈纶膨体纱为原料,可制得平纹或斜纹组织的腈纶膨体大衣呢,具有手感丰满,保暖轻松的毛型织物特征,适合制作春秋冬季大衣、便服等。因此腈纶面料已成为服装面料的重要组成部分。
腈纶阻染剂是在腈纶织物染色前对其进行阻染处理,以减少染色时活性染料沾染腈纶。传统的腈纶阻染剂,环保性能差,无法达到欧盟国家的标准;制备工艺繁杂;且很难达到阻染效果。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要针对上述的问题,提供一种腈纶阻染剂及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取以下的技术方案:

一种腈纶阻染剂的制备方法,包括:
步骤1、将配方中的乳化剂、脂肪胺类依次加入反应釜,开搅拌转速300rpm,加入配方中总水量的50%,再加入无机酸、尿素搅拌;
步骤2、系统缓慢升温到70-80℃后,保温反应3小时,然后降温到50℃,称取配方中余量水加入反应釜中搅拌20分钟;
步骤3、完成后静置,过滤出料。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明不含甲醛、APEO、有机溶剂、重金属离子,无过敏、致畸、致突变、致癌作用,对人体无毒副作用,符合欧盟OeKo-TEX Standard 100、REACH标准要求,产品采用环保的原料,对人类及环境生态友好。
本发明配方成本可较传统配方降低10-20%,染色过程能够均匀上色,减少色差、避免色斑、保证染色的安全性,使用在腈纶纤维上的阻染效果极佳,染色产品合格率得到明显提高。

本发明制备得到的产品为黄色透明液体,产品10%的水溶液PH值为7.0±1.0,固含量30.0-60.0%,常温下易溶于水。
上述pH值:按GB/T6368-93测定,固含量:按GB/T13176.2-91测定。
本发明产品不含苯扎氯铵,环保无毒,符合欧盟国家的产品要求,实现危险化学品零排放。
