本发明公开了一种腈纶阻染剂及其制备方法,由以下质量份数配方成分组成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚6‑10份、硫酸3‑5份、硝酸2‑4份、脂肪伯胺5‑7份、磷酸3‑5份、盐酸4‑6份、仲胺8‑12份、叔胺1‑5份、尿素6‑8份,本发明产品环保、对人体无毒副作用,成本低廉,阻染效果极佳,适合推广应用。

一种腈纶阻染剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及衣物阻染领域,具体而言涉及一种腈纶阻染剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
腈纶具有柔软、膨松、易染、色泽鲜艳、耐光、抗菌、不怕虫蛀等优点,保暖性比羊毛高15%左右。腈纶纯纺织物采用100%的腈纶纤维制成,100%毛型腈纶纤维加工的精纺腈纶女式呢,具有松结构特征,其色泽艳丽,手感柔软有弹性,质地不松不烂,适合制作中低档女用服装。而采用100%的腈纶膨体纱为原料,可制得平纹或斜纹组织的腈纶膨体大衣呢,具有手感丰满,保暖轻松的毛型织物特征,适合制作春秋冬季大衣、便服等。因此腈纶面料已成为服装面料的重要组成部分。
腈纶阻染剂是在腈纶织物染色前对其进行阻染处理,以减少染色时活性染料沾染腈纶。传统的腈纶阻染剂,环保性能差,无法达到欧盟国家的标准;制备工艺繁杂;且很难达到阻染效果。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种腈纶阻染剂及其制备方法,本发明产品环保、对人体无毒副作用,成本低廉,阻染效果极佳,适合推广应用。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种腈纶阻染剂及其制备方法,由以下质量份数配方成分组成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚6-10份、硫酸3-5份、硝酸2-4份、脂肪伯胺5-7份、磷酸3-5份、盐酸4-6份、仲胺8-12份、叔胺1-5份、尿素6-8份。
进一步:由以下质量份数配方成分组成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚6份、硫酸3份、硝酸2份、脂肪伯胺5份、磷酸3份、盐酸4份、仲胺8份、叔胺1份、尿素6份。
进一步:由以下质量份数配方成分组成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚8份、硫酸4份、硝酸3份、脂肪伯胺6份、磷酸4份、盐酸5份、仲胺10份、叔胺3份、尿素7份。
进一步:由以下质量份数配方成分组成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚10份、硫酸5份、硝酸4份、脂肪伯胺7份、磷酸5份、盐酸6份、仲胺12份、叔胺5份、尿素8份。
进一步:本发明制备方法具有如下步骤:
步骤一、将配方中的乳化剂类、脂肪胺类依次加入反应釜,开搅拌转速300rpm,加入配方中总水量的50%,再加入无机酸类,尿素搅拌;
步骤二、系统缓慢升温到70-80℃后,保温反应3小时,然后降温到50℃,称取配方中余量水加入反应釜中搅拌20分钟;
步骤三、完成后静置,过滤出料既得成品。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明产品环保、对人体无毒副作用;
2、成本低廉,阻染效果极佳,适合推广应用。

一种腈纶阻染剂由以下质量份数配方成分组成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚6-10份、硫酸3-5份、硝酸2-4份、脂肪伯胺5-7份、磷酸3-5份、盐酸4-6份、仲胺8-12份、叔胺1-5份、尿素6-8份。
实施例二:
一种腈纶阻染剂由以下质量份数配方成分组成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚6份、硫酸3份、硝酸2份、脂肪伯胺5份、磷酸3份、盐酸4份、仲胺8份、叔胺1份、尿素6份。
实施例三:
一种腈纶阻染剂由以下质量份数配方成分组成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚8份、硫酸4份、硝酸3份、脂肪伯胺6份、磷酸4份、盐酸5份、仲胺10份、叔胺3份、尿素7份。
实施例四:
一种腈纶阻染剂由以下质量份数配方成分组成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚10份、硫酸5份、硝酸4份、脂肪伯胺7份、磷酸5份、盐酸6份、仲胺12份、叔胺5份、尿素8份。
实施例五:
一种腈纶阻染剂的制备方法制备方法包括如下步骤:
步骤一、将上述材料按比例配置,并且将浓缩磷脂、淀粉糖酯、吐温、食盐、蛋白溶液混合均匀;
步骤一、将配方中的乳化剂类、脂肪胺类依次加入反应釜,开搅拌转速300rpm,加入配方中总水量的50%,再加入无机酸类,尿素搅拌;
步骤二、系统缓慢升温到70-80℃后,保温反应3小时,然后降温到50℃,称取配方中余量水加入反应釜中搅拌20分钟;
步骤三、完成后静置,过滤出料既得成品。

脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚6-10份、硫酸3-5份、硝酸2-4份、脂肪伯胺5-7份、磷酸3-5份、盐酸4-6份、仲胺8-12份、叔胺1-5份、尿素6-8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种腈纶阻染剂,其特征在于:由以下质量份数配方成分组成:
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚6份、硫酸3份、硝酸2份、脂肪伯胺5份、磷酸3份、盐酸4份、仲胺8份、叔胺1份、尿素6份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种腈纶阻染剂,其特征在于:由以下质量份数配方成分组成:
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚8份、硫酸4份、硝酸3份、脂肪伯胺6份、磷酸4份、盐酸5份、仲胺10份、叔胺3份、尿素7份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种腈纶阻染剂,其特征在于:由以下质量份数配方成分组成:
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚10份、硫酸5份、硝酸4份、脂肪伯胺7份、磷酸5份、盐酸6份、仲胺12份、叔胺5份、尿素8份。
5.一种根据权利要求1所述的一种腈纶阻染剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
步骤一、将配方中的乳化剂类、脂肪胺类依次加入反应釜,开搅拌转速300rpm,加入配方中总水量的50%,再加入无机酸类,尿素搅拌;
步骤二、系统缓慢升温到70-80℃后,保温反应3小时,然后降温到50℃,称取配方中余量水加入反应釜中搅拌20分钟;
步骤三、完成后静置,过滤出料既得成品。
