Abstract
本发明公开了一种双面绒的染整工艺,包括如下步骤:1)预处理;2)染色;3)整理:将1~2重量份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐、1.1重量份羟丙基甲基纤维素、0.7重量份双乙酸钠、0.9重量份苯甲醛乙烯醚依次投入20.8质量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;再同时投入0.8重量份氯菊酯、0.8重量份水杨酰苯胺、0.9重量份磷酸二氢铵、1.3重量份1,2-丙二醇,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;再将布料在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。本发明双面绒的染整工艺,其染整后的布料具有优异的防霉、防蛀、抗菌、阻燃、抗静电性能,且耐洗性强,手感柔软。

本发明涉及双面绒的染整工艺。
背景技术
现有布料的防霉、防蛀、抗菌、阻燃、抗静电、耐洗性能都有待提高,且手感不够柔软。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种双面绒的染整工艺,其染整后的布料具有优异的防霉、防蛀、抗菌、阻燃、抗静电性能,且耐洗性强,手感柔软。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种双面绒的染整工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)预处理;
2)染色;
3)整理:将1~2重量份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐、1.1重量份羟丙基甲基纤维素、0.7重量份双乙酸钠、0.9重量份苯甲醛乙烯醚依次投入20.8质量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;再同时投入0.8重量份氯菊酯、0.8重量份水杨酰苯胺、0.9重量份磷酸二氢铵、1.3重量份1,2-丙二醇,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;再将布料在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。
