本发明涉及服装布料的染整工艺。
背景技术
现有布料的防蛀、防霉、抗菌、阻燃、抗静电、耐洗性能都有待提高,且手感不够柔软。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种服装布料的染整工艺,其染整后的布料具有优异的防蛀、防霉、抗菌、阻燃、抗静电性能,且耐洗性强,手感柔软。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种服装布料的染整工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)预处理;
2)染色;
3)整理:将1~2重量份聚丙烯酸钠、0.8重量份除虫菊酯、1.4重量份无水硫酸钠、0.7重量份三氯乙醛依次投入22质量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;再同时投入2.3重量份三氯杀虫酯、0.9重量份焦磷酸锌、1.5重量份对苯二甲酸二甲、1.9重量份双-(2-羟丙基)-二甲基甲基硫酸铵脂肪酸酯,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;再将布料在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。
