本发明涉及服装面料的染整工艺。
背景技术
现有面料的防霉、防蛀、抗菌、阻燃、抗静电、耐洗性能都有待提高，且手感不够柔软。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种服装面料的染整工艺，其染整后的面料具有优异的防霉、防蛀、抗菌、阻燃、抗静电性能，且耐洗性强，手感柔软。
为实现上述目的，本发明的技术方案是设计一种服装面料的染整工艺，包括如下步骤：
1）预处理；
2）染色；
3）整理：将1～2重量份十二烷基硫酸钠、1.8重量份三聚磷酸钠、2.6重量份酒石酸、1.2重量份山苍子精油依次投入18.5质量份去离子水中，搅拌均匀；再同时投入0.5重量份沸石粉、0.8重量份异噻唑啉酮、1.2重量份醋酸戊酯、0.7重量份氢氧化镁，继续搅拌，至充分混合均匀，制得整理液；再将面料在整理液中浸轧处理，取出后恒温烘干。
