背景技术
现有面料的防霉、防蛀、抗菌、阻燃、抗静电、耐洗性能都有待提高,且手感不够柔软。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种服装面料的染整工艺,其染整后的面料具有优异的防霉、防蛀、抗菌、阻燃、抗静电性能,且耐洗性强,手感柔软。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种服装面料的染整工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)预处理;
2)染色;
3)整理:将1~2重量份十二烷基硫酸钠、1.8重量份三聚磷酸钠、2.6重量份酒石酸、1.2重量份山苍子精油依次投入18.5质量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;再同时投入0.5重量份沸石粉、0.8重量份异噻唑啉酮、1.2重量份醋酸戊酯、0.7重量份氢氧化镁,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;再将面料在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。
